I will be absolutely pissed if WWE buys TNA. I look forward to Impact WAY more than anything else right now.
Save them, Billy. Please.

The cockroach that is TNA will survive and Vince won't get his hands on it. There will be a last minute buyer and I'm sure one of the names will be Billy Corgan. Hell, have him call Phil Brooks and he can be part owner with his nice $500,000 payday he got for getting his ass kicked.
Realistically. they just signed Cody Rhodes for whatever he is going to do. They have been signing other talent to extensions and contracts. TNA isn't going anywhere. The wheels are in motion. If TNA was truly a couple of days away from being broke. They wouldn't have a TV deal or anything.

They'll eventually find a way to get money at the last minute. They always do. These news on how "Oh, TNA could almost be done if they don't find money" are dumb. Until I read the headline "TNA IS DONE", then I'll believe that TNA is in major trouble. They're in trouble, no doubt, but they're not in trouble to where they'll go out of business just because they always find a way to find money at the last minute.

I remember a few months ago, they said that TNA didn't have the funds to go live but they did. TNA Impact will keep surviving. And when they do finally die, it will be a sad day in wrestling once again.
We need alternatives in wrestling, just like in music. For music would be pretty boring if it was one style of music constantly. And that's what the WWE is. TNA gives us something different to look forward to on Thursday nights. Same with ROH for their weekly show.

Probably not.
But them shutting down would be a horrible day in wrestling.

Probably not. But them shutting down would be a horrible day in wrestling. It'll be horrible for the wrestlers, the crew and their fans, but TNA closing in their stage today is the equivalence of a major indy promotion closing. Pro wrestling won't really suffer that much from TNA closing. I doubt more fans will stop watching wrestling all together cause TNA closed like when WCW closed. It will be a shame however the day TNA closes since i am enjoying their product to a point

Buy them, please. I want to see an Invasion angle with guy like Rhodes, Sandow, McIntyre, EC3 where they were crapped on in their previous returns and now they're back and get put in the spotlight and not some stupid gimmick like Stardust or Mizdow. American Wolves in the tag team/CW division. Bring in Moose and a few of the knockouts to fill the Womens division out.

Here's an update as of now.
As much as I don't like TNA that much now, I actually don't want to see it die. I've been watching them from 05-13 I called it quits on them then, but man it'll be a damn shame if they go under the WWE rug.

Unless dixie wants to put up her house as collateral, WWE might be able to swoop in and snatch up tna.

So I read this and my first thought was what the hell would Moose be doing in the women's division? I've been a fan of Moose's since first seeing him in ROH but I think he still needs work. If he came to the WWE, he could benefit from a 6-12 month run in NXT before coming to the main roster.

For the people saying this is awesome, TNA has shat the bed many times. Nobody will deny that, but WWE needs TNA as much as Coke needs Pepsi. They are technically more of a top level indy promotion now. My question is, if they shut down.....what good will it do?

They are technically more of a top level indy promotion now. My question is, if they shut down.....what good will it do? Theyll just go toward NJPW, ROH, EVOLVE for signings. The only thing WWE would need out of TNA is their tape library for guys like AJ Styles, Sting, etc. I dont mean to rag on TNA, but WWE would do fine without TNA around. Like i said before, its not like more wrestling fans will stop watching wrestling all together after TNA is out of business.

I hope anyone but WWE buys TNA. I feel that TNA needs to be around as a relatively high profile promotion for guys who are pretty good, but are never gonna get four stars from Meltzer or anything like that. With WWE basically becoming "indies lite", we need a promotion that isnt heavily focused on workrate.

I want WWE to buy them.
Only because it would lead to their library being added to the WWE Network and being able to freely watch 2002-2009 TNA would be awesome.

That's why I want WWE to buy them too. Yeah, it would suck for people who still watch TNA, and for all of their employees. BUT. It would be pretty cool to binge watch the early years of TNA.
