I'm in favor of Sasha/Charlotte being settled in Hell in a Cell, and main eventing the show. If you want Raw to stand out, and do something truly historic, there's your chance. I'm all for that. But it only works if they let them go all out, balls to the wall insane. Like Ambrose/Rollins spot off the side of the cage all out...Charlotte and Sasha are more than capable of pulling it off. Let's go all out, let's light the announce table on fire and wrap it in barbed wire and stack the raw, sd, and Spanish announce tables. Then we could have Sasha lay down on the table and Charlotte do a corkscrew moonsault off the cell because women's revolution.

Knowing them they'd probably die.

I just don't want to see the first ever Women's Cell wasted and be a completely normal match with a cage around the ring...

I think they could do something with Shane's crash pad announce table. Maybe Sasha elbow drops, or someone gets thrown off the side of the cage onto it so the fall isnt so high.
Hell in a Cell is happening in Boston so Im all for Sasha main eventing, making history (again) and retaining in her hometown.

I felt the same way for a while but Hell in a Cell has been REALLY damn good the past two years. Lesnar/Taker, Roman/Bray, Rollins/Ambrose and Cena/Orton were all damn good Cell matches. Not to mention Taker/Shane as well. I think they finally realized that they were neutering the cell. Let's hope the trend continues this year because the three we have lined up all have potential to be Match of the Year candidates if booked properly.

I'll admit Sasha/Charlotte should have been a bit more heated if they were going this direction but Roman/Rusev and KO/Rollins both fit the match storyline wise.

we still havent gotten over the "things aren't special" schtick?
like....the first hell in a cell was almost 20 years ago. does anyone know how many hell in a cell matches we've had SINCE the first? it's gotta be like 40 at this point. why are people complaining that a Pay Per View event CALLED Hell in A Cell....has hell in a cell matches? that's the point of the show.....it's not like they are having New Day vs. Shining Stars in a cell, or Sami Zayn vs. Jinder Mahal
the matches that will be contested inside Cells have a REASON for being so. this isnt 1998 WWF where there's gonna be blood everywhere, guys ripping their skin on the cage, etc.
HITC's have been severely tamed over the last few years because PG and safety. And forget Shane v Taker because that was ALL spectacle. They'll be the same as all the other cells, with maybe a few cool spots and stuff but its about selling the show as being this unbelievably brutal and unforgiving environment because all us "stupid fans" don't know any better.

I want to be hyped for Hell in a Cell but Raw has been so bad building feuds, it's almost impossible to. Only feud that's being properly built is Kendrick vs. Perkins. Other than that, there's nothing that hooks you onto any of the on going feuds. I hate to compare to Smackdown but, Miz/Ziggler for the IC title had compelling promos/segments, the spirit squad involved, had a career on the line stip, and revolved around amazing matches. There were things that hooked you onto the feud and kept you watching wondering which guy was coming out on top. Reigns/Rusev (Post Draft) for the US title had a subpar match, followed by a decent match on Raw that shouldn't have been 30 minutes, no hard hitting promos, no emotion to the feud, Reigns standing tall throughout, just nothing to hook you to the feud. Even the HIAC stip isn't doing it for me because we all know 100% how it's going to end. There's not even a single hint that Rusev could possibly walk out as champion.

You conveniently leave out how I've been pretty much praising the smackdown shows. I just hate the HIAC/TLC shows. It's gimmick for the sake of gimmick. And it's almost never the end of a feud like those matches should be.

I think Sasha vs Charlotte should be main eventing. They have great chemistry and compelling story behind it.
But like I said before, they need to keep them apart for awhile after this.

With news of the divas match main eventing I'm glad I offered to work a fall festival that night.
No thanks. 9.99 or not I'm not sitting through sasha vs charlotte 763 for anything. Especially knowing that nothing will change and the next night they'll wrestle again.

Good for Sasha and Charlotte, but this screams that they're only main eventing because they want to say women main evented a PPV, rather than book a storyline worthy of a main event angle. When Sasha and Bayley closed out TakeOver: Respect, it had a big time story behind it. If Ziggler and Miz would have headlined No Mercy, it would have been because the story called for it, rather than just to get the IC Title to close a PPV.
Although nothing on HIAC really feels main event worthy. Rusev/Reigns has been trash and Owens/Rollins has been lackluster.

Good for the ladies, after all those years of bad treatment, the division deserves to headline at least a B PPV.
I'm also really intrigued about Rollins/KO because of Jericho.
