I made my own refs since I couldn't wait for one. One is suppose to be Scott Armstrong since the Finlay basic barely looked like him. Tully represents old school refs (though I have to touch it up). The other is a Christian painted black. those look aswesome! what arms did you use for the blue one? it looks like a WCW toybiz ref on roids! nothing beats the old toybiz refs, their scale make the others look better (they really put them over). I have a Ric Flair head ima use for a Lil Naitch old Chuckie Robbie!!!!

WWE is on a kick about refs being faceless nobodies, so Mattel can't make refs as was stated before. The ref HBK was the best Bill could do. Yeah, which has always bothered me. Still though you figured they'd allow them to do some sort of nobody referee and sell him as "WWE REFEREE" or something. I'd be fine with that. Now I'd love the REAL guys to get them too, but if WWE is against it then I think this would be an easy way to do it.

Ricardo Rodriguez chest (I think it was the basic one, but it came with an elite torso) + IRS Arms (maybe too huge but they had the sleeves I wanted) + J&J legs + Tully Head (I had an extra head and it matched the skin on the arms)

J&J BP probably are the best heads to use since the are the only figures I know of that have ear pieces.

What irritates me is that Mattel won't even make a generic referee like Jakks did in the BCA era and Toybiz did with Kevin Nash

I use jamie noble j&j...i have no other use for it and it has the ear piece. only collect elites. The short height and the lack of articulation i think fits ref well. I know it has black pants already but it looks goofy with the ref shirt so i put the rock pants on.
