Corbin killed it on Talking Smack. He hasn't put all the pieces together quite yet, and I think a lot of that has to do with his attire and his balding, but he's got the potential to be such a great heel.
He's basically doing everything that Roman Reigns should be doing.

Props to the crowd during the main event. That No Chin Music spot was awesome. I liked what they did last week and enjoyed it again this week. Styles doesn't lose anything by doing this and Dean is antagonizing him the whole way. I mean it's borderline make a wish but I like the comedy coming out of it.
Carmella and Nikki were great, and I liked Alexa's promo along with getting that win back from an unnecessary loss.
I liked the booking of the tag match to sneak in a Spirit Squad tag title match. I think they work as Miz's lackeys and that whole deal just gelled for me. This allows the Mondo and Kenny to stick around too. I think it was ok for Ziggler vs Miz to kind of take a backseat to the tag title stuff since those two kind of reach white hot with each other every time they do a promo now.
They seem have committed to this whole Hawkins deal. The Chuck Norris stuff works because he's a heel, but I would have rather seen him attack Crews than just walk away from him. Still time to build that up, but I'm having a hard time seeing where it leads.
Wyatts and Orton/Kane worked too. Another entertaining show.

Here's something too. Nothing has gone the way of the dodo.
By that I mean, Smackdown's angles have continued or ended at a logical point. Raw's have been abrupt endings. Examples: What happened to Darren Young?!? What about Nia Jax squash matches? Where was the payoff there? Did she get injured? Did Young get injured? I feel like Smackdown at least references that people get injured. Raw just uses that time to talk about Ashton Kutcher.

It's incredible that SmackDown decide to showcase a jobber the night after Raw brings back freakin Goldberg and still pull off a better show!
Ellsworth is truly unbelievable.
Also, I am very surprsied to see so much Corbin love up in here.

Anyone else loving Corbin right now? I think he's been on fire since the draft and will definatly be the one taking the IC Title from Dolph in the future. I'm actually buying into him as a possible top level heel in the future as well. I've always loved Corbin. He was damn good on Talking Smack last night. I actually wanted him to face Dean at Summerslam. If creative really give him something big to work with he'll shine bright no doubt about it. When AJ drops the title to either Cena or Dean, Corbin needs to be the first heel to face them. It'll be huge for him and I have no doubt that he'll succeed in that spot. I haven't always been a Corbin fan but he definatly improved over his time in NXT and his time on the main roster. The draft hasn't benefitted anyone more than Corbin except for Slater and Ellsworth. I can honestly say that I look forward to seeing him each week.

Ellsworth reminds me of Barry Horowitz circa 1995. I'm really enjoying his run.

I feel for Ellsworth taking crap about his chin, but no chin music is brilliant, when Otunga said that I laughed my arse off.
And for a jobber guy, Ellsworth is very good at acting. If I was in his spot and was getting the Goldberg / Ellsworth chants , there would be no way I could have stayed in character, I would have been smiling ear to ear. Similar to when Jake the Snake but the snake on Ambrose who was supposed to be knocked out but the camera caught him smiling and saying "this is awesome",
Mad props to Ellsworth for that. And he has been entertaining as well
