It sucks for fixups and customs. If you dont do those then good for you.

I dig them so far. I'll have to feel it in person to really judge though.

This seems like a waste of MONEY!
Mattel have said in the past that these figures cost money to produce (duh) but why lose money on new elbow and knee molds.
I hate them!!

Weird thing is I think Bill said the new joints are actually a cost saving measure. If I remember correctly, I think he said Mattel asked him to remove those articulation points completely and this was his counter offer. Don't get how this saves money though.

If it doesn't change or take away articulation, I really don't care..

they look fine....until u bend them Best. Profile pic. Ever. On topic, I don't have any figs with the new joints. I don't think. Newest figs are Ringmaster and Shockmaster, I don't think they have them. Also, it sounds like I'd be pissed if I played with them, but I don't so I may not end up minding.

I hate them. Between this, the painted flesh on torsos, and the irrational part choices, I've been collecting Mattels less and less lately. It's sad really. For many years the Mattel WWE line was my favorite. At its height, I still think it's the greatest toy line ever. I hope they don't screw up the Goldberg figure!

Basically for those that have done customs or taken apart past figures the new ones no longer have the extra connection part above the or in the elbow. It is most noticeable below the knee and in the upper elbow. I'm sure this was done to cut production cost as they no snap in

Hate them on other lines, like Marvel Legends, and I hate that they are creeping into the WWE Elite figure line now. Guess I get to save money.

I think everyone is overreacting. They are a different kind of unattractive is all. The huge pins were one kind of ignorable ugly, the gap below the bicepnon these is a different kind of ugly. Basically, articulation is a necessary ugly in my opinion. I'm less concerned with that and more concerned with how flimsy my basic 61 Rollins feels. Definitely more hollow and with some gnarly big seams showing. I noticed Mattel started doing that to the Multiverse line too. My Superdoom feels real flimsy and has a gap in his seams.

They're pretty bad. The knees look alright but those elbows though. Just think if Dusty was busting out these kind of elbows.
