Brock Lesnar and Goldberg is a transpatient attempt to recapture and rebirth the heat that not only the first match got but also the Ryback (some call him RYberg for a reason) and in the amount of the original at Wrestlemania 20 Will this be the one?

Anyone else more excited for the actual Raw vs. Smackdown elimination style matches they are having at Survivor Series compared to this crap with "Phone It In" Lesnar vs. OLDberg??

This is obviously main eventing but that's as obvious as a Flair hangover.

Shaping up awesomely so far. The trouble with PPVs these days is they seem like longer/ad-free episodes of the TV shows. Between the Smackdown vs Raw matches and the main event, this feels different. And I'm very intrigued by this main event. Brock has had pretty much the same match for the last two years because some kids loved his SummerSlam match with Cena so much. But Goldberg isn't signing on to take a million suplexes and just sell for Lesnar. So they're gonna have to change it up for this one.

Especially when he has Vince's balls neatly placed in his pocket

I hope the crowd crap over this match.
I would love them to chant "NXT" during the entire match.

I'm just over Brock Lesnar this point tbh. Every build for his feuds is the same and then every match is the same. Look.. I like seeing someone get dropped on their noggin' with suplex as much as the next person but every damn match that Brock has is just suplex. It's just.. sigh. I don't care and that's sad.

I'm looking forward to it, though TBH Brock's recent string of matches (basically since his last Undertaker match) has been extremely overwhelming. I wonder if Goldberg's typical intensity and fresh in-ring presence can elevate this into "watchable more than once" territory.
It's crazy in 2016 that Goldberg is the guy who needs be able to save a program.

i enter with low expectations for the match itself but am interested in how it is going to end. on the wwe side, y have your monster lose to a guy returning for one match? but on the goldberg side, y return for one match to lose? this event isnt in montreal is it?

I wonder how long it will take them to tie up this time...

I'm not excited about Survivor Series at all. Goldberg / Lesnar is unappealing and I had hoped that Raw and SmackDown Live would stay far apart since the start of the brand extension.

I said it earlier, I'm almost expecting the exact same response for this match that they had at Wrestlemania XX.
NO ONE ASKED FOR THIS MATCH VINCE.

When you think to yourself that a tepid match from 2004 is headlining a PPV in 2016
