EFW Monday night warzone ep.1 results/summary
match 1
Rusev defeated Ryback for the European championship in 5:07
Rusev and Ryback put on a true show of power. however Rusev would prove to be the more agile of the two men and used this to his advantage, and in the end Ryback passed out after Rusev applied the Accolade.
match 2
Tyler Breeze defeated Jack Swagger in 9:48
It didn't take long for this match to become technical,as Jack Swagger quickly took control, however,Breeze quickly proved to be faster than Swagger and put the momentum of the match in his favor with a large array of quick kicks and followed up with a Beauty Shot
note worthy points in this match include Tyler Breeze doing a suicide dive over the top rope to swagger about half way through, and Swagger attempting a top rope belly-to-belly suplex, however Breeze turned this in his favor with a Hurrancarana from the top to the floor!
Afterwords...
Sami Zayn came out to the ring, with a rousing reaction from the fans,to offer an open challenge for the Intercontinental championship. it would'int take long for someone to answer the challenge.
match 3
Sami Zayn defeated a returning Sheamus by DQ in 10:27
the arena darkens and after a few moments out comes Sheamus, with a brand new look. Sheamus imediatly go's after Zayn, however after Sami kicks out of everything Sheamus throws at him Sheamus gets frustrated and pulls out a chair the ref had no choice but to DQ Sheamus after he gave a chair shot to Sami Zayns head.
Main Event
Dean Ambrose defeats Seth Rollins to retain the EFW championship in 12:37
in a championship rematch Seth Rollins challenged Dean Ambrose to get "his" title back but Ambrose had other plans and put Rollins down for three except this time with out the assists from tables ladders and chairs. this match was clearly the best one of the night with a lot of crazy moments and high spots with Ambrose and Rollins both doing dives to the outside,Ambrose with a suicide dive through the ropes and Rollins with a leaping flip over the top rope. Rollins also delivered a Curb Stomp to Ambrose on top of the steel steps outside of the ring, however, that was not enough to finish the match and Ambrose put him away with Dirty Deeds.
hope everyone enjoys the first show! and let me know if you want me to do a Championship history post in the help thread for this fed. your opinions will be appreciated.
