Brock doesn't need a build up. All he needs to do is show up in the Rumble and the rest will take care of it's self.

-- Regan: I give you credit for the idea. A bit extreme, but I get the whim none the less.
Crazy, bearded Brock in a hoodie. I like it.
To tweak your idea a bit, I'd eliminate the crowbar and just let him use his vanilla-gorilla ape like hands to dismantle Goldberg at the Rumble. Elbows to Goldy's forehead would be a nice touch (sorta speak), causing that blood flow. Normally I'm against intentional harm in pro wrestling, but everything is circumstantial; in other words, this instance it would be acceptable to progress the storyline. Goldberg was given an AMAZING push at Survivor Series, and I'm confident he'd have no problem coloring the hard way in exchange.
Also, I'd have Brock just stick to RAW, because Bill is a RAW guy, apparently. No need for SDL to be involved in his angle.
I think it would become a certainty for Goldberg/Lesnar 3 at WM33. Brock finally gets his win and conquers Bill; post match, we see Brock finally smiling (craziness wearing off), and WM would eventually becoming defining for Brock once again. Perhaps even a post-match fist bump between the 2, signaling 'the passed torch' and Brock can go from tween-heel to tween-face after the event.

If he grows a bad ass beard, WWE may end up having him team with Bray Wyatt lol

Destroy Goldberg in their rematch or final match

I think another match between Brock and Goldberg would ruin the Survivor Series match. I think Brock needs to cost someone else a match to set up one at WM

Ive been done with Brock for the past 2 years. Why should he be built up even more than he already has? He has been running through the entire roster like nobodies business for the better part of 4 years, without returning the favor to anybody. Has anyone looked good after facing Brock? Hell no. The time to give someone the rub has passed.
Have Goldberg run through his ass 4 times again for all I care. The dude is unbearably boring now. I haven't enjoyed a match from him since Summerslam 2013, so you can imagine how done I am.

After seeing the jaw dropping finish on Sunday night I've been sat thinking and contemplating how they can build Lesnar and use him from here. A spark just came to my head this morning and I think it would be a great idea. So from now until Royal Rumble, we don't hear a thing from Lesnar/Heyman as if he's gone cold turkey. Then we get to an episode of Raw a couple weeks before the rumble. It's the main event. Big six man tag match with the big Raw main eventers, and Rollins goes to pedigree Owens when out of no where Goldbergs theme hits. It runs for about two minutes, to no show of Goldberg. Then the theme stops and there's a hooded figure jump out from the crowd, he pulls the hood down and it's a bearded, crazed Brock Lesnar. He goes mad and destroys everyone of the 6 men in the ring and then grabs a chair and starts destroying everyone with it. Security have to come down and hold him down and he breaks out and Carries on going crazy. Forward to Smackdown the next night, AJ Styles is fighting Cena and Ambrose in a triple threat and the same thing happens again. It carries on through the week of the rumble all the way to the rumble. It gets to the Rumble match and Stephanie and Shane are speaking and they say the building is on major lockdown for the night to make sure that there's no Lesnar appearance. Goldberg enters at 26, and as he's walking down the ramp the hooded figure jumps out of the crowd again with a crowbar. Starts beating down Goldberg and leaves him in a pool of blood. He then carries on going apecrap and goes and eliminates a few poor souls from the Rumble then disappears into the crowd. This would develop Lesnar into a crazy beast that couldn't deal with the shock loss of Survivor Series and would make him look super powerful going into Mania where he would have a quick match against Goldberg. It's the only thing I could think of that would salvage Lesnars last couple of years. why not have him face bigshow, and he can just beat the crap out of show with a steel chair? wait, they did that? and it was a waste of time? oh ok. i'd have goldberg scheduled for matches leading into the rumble, but every time his opponent is about to come out lesnar destroys them backstage saying that goldberg is 'for him only." leading into a royal rumble confrontation. These two ideas are really good.

Where to take Lesnar from here? Get him to WM and let him go. I've had enough. It's been the same song and dance for so long. Yes, Goldberg won. Cool for Goldberg. But I've have all I can handle is Brock
