Given the last several Rumble winners, it's certainly time for a big "fan favorite" to actually win the thing this year.
With that in mind, though, I'm fairly confident Reigns is going to beat Owens and Strowman is going to win the Rumble.

Strowman winning the Rumble isn't even bad. He's one of the best things on Raw.

Strowman winning the Rumble isn't even bad. He's one of the best things on Raw. Eh. He still can't really work a passable match, especially in a top 4-5 position on a Wrestlemania card. Couple that with his likely opponent (if he were to win) being Roman Reigns, and you're in for for all-out rejection of your title match, again.

That they are out of touch and inflict some change.

The only thing that will inflict change if that's the main event is if they wrestle in front of an empty Citrus Bowl at WrestleMania...otherwise they'll continue counting their cash while ignoring 75,000+ people booing the hell out of their main event.

While that is true having 75,000 people booing the hell out of their main event. Is not good for WWE's image especially for a company Like WWE who is overly concerned about their image.

Certainly didn't worry them when they gave their top strap to their "white-hot babyface"[/sarcasm] this past April to the sound of the better part of 100,000+ booing their lungs out.

This Rumble needs like a Balor or Nakamura victory. The last 4 Rumble winners have been so predictable and buzzkills. Need something unexpected. I don't think many will be surprised if it's Balor but that's probably the best scenario. Nakamura is more of a long shot I think. I'd say Rollins too but he's clearly having a match with Triple H so he's not an option
Strowman would be a buzzkill too. I get they are pushing him hard as a monster but he's not ready for a marquee match yet. Let him and Reigns have a regular match in the midcard. But knowing Vince and WWE it would go on right before the main event.

WAIT! I just realized that we don't have to worry about Reigns winning the Rumble this year cause he's not in it!

I predict... a 5 minute Glorious entrance... with a Roode exit over the top rope in 2 seconds....

You know damn well they're gonna go for that 3rd swing with Roman at Mania this year and anyone with half a brain knows they're about to strike out

If you don't like the guy don't participate in his reactions. End of push.in wrestling no reaction will end a push much faster than an entire arena booing. Simple as that

Since the Rumble is back at the Alamodome after 20 years and WWE loving 3 man announce teams, can we have Vince Mcmahon,Jerry Lawler and J.R. on commentary for this event?
