This would suck if true, but not surprising. The WWE only wants Wrestlemania to be in a football stadium so it has to be in a warm weather climate. I think eventually Wrestlemania will just be held in these same cities mostly in the south

Not all that surprising.
The reason Minnesota is likely not being considered, or is not a front runner anymore, is because they didn't roll out the red carpet for WWE when they came calling. WWE likes to be courted for Wrestlemania, because it's as big for the host city as it is for them, and Minneapolis was reportedly treating it like any other event. WWE didn't like that.

If it does end up in New Orleans, im gonna have to save till its time to go to Mania. I've always wanted to go to Bourbon Street too, so that would be perfect.

Wrestlemania XXX was the best wrestling experience in my 30 years as a fan. It's the absolute perfect city to have a wrestling event. It's cheap for a city, it's completely walkable so no transportation is needed, bars and restaurants are legit opened 24/7. Compare this to Dallas where it took us 2 hours to get back to the hotel and once there, nothing was opened. Trust me, if it's in NOLA, save up and go you won't be disappointed. All valid points. I was able to walk almost everywhere and the food was amazing. New Orleans is a great city.

That's pretty poor in my opinion to go back to New Orleans just 4 years after holding Wrestlemania 30 there. It's strange enough that they're returning to the Citrus Bowl as it is, especially with the plethora of other new and larger Stadiums & Cities that are yet to hold the event.

The new Hotlanta stadium is LIT. It will be great when it eventually comes here:

Was really hoping for Philly. Same here man. I read a lot of articles stating Philly put in a strong bid for it but in the end New Orleans got the nod.
I think we will eventually get it since we are an historic wrestling city with rich history and on top of that we deserve another WM since it's been nearly 20 years. Here's hoping WM 35 goes to the Linc.

Assuming Los Angeles will be getting one as soon as the new Rams stadium is opened.
I see these cities getting Mania:
35: Los Angeles 36: Toronto 37: Minneapolis 38: Detroit 39: Miami 40: New York/New Jersey

Makes sense for a Philly WrestleMania to take place on the 20th anniversary of the city's only other WM. If they truly did make a strong bid, it's very likely that they'll hold it there as that's one of the most convenient setups I've seen in this country w/ all the venues being within walking distance of each other. Also helps that City of Champions Stadium in LA is not opening until August 2019 as that place is definitely getting that event sooner rather than later. Gotta pray that Minneapolis and Atlanta don't make a strong push...

LA could have it in 2020 though since they have the SB in 2021.Vince will have the advantage to have WM in their new stadium before the SB.
It might just come back down to Philly and Minneapolis in 2019.

Not liking NOLA getting another one so soon but it's not like I have the cash to attend any that aren't in the north east so I don't care either way.

Plenty of time between the SB and WM to host both. Atlanta will definitely make a push to get WM once Megatron's Butthole officially opens this year.
