I don't mean to sound morbid (although some appear to have passed sentence on the man)... if he dies, does that automatically drop him from the concussion lawsuit?

Definitely not happening. I've got my Snuka and it may not be the one I want but why care?

No I believe his successors would then be filing on his behalf unless they decided to drop it i.e. Mabel's wife suing vince Technically, he is not part of the lawsuit now as his daughter is the one listed in the suit (according to the list that was posted in a thread here a while back). Of course it bombed because for most wrestlers, collectors want a figure of them in their most iconic or well known attire. We are not talking about Macho Man or Warrior here who had many different attires and whose figures will sell no matter what attire they release.

Whatever on the lawsuit cuz she was cokehead and he was a cokehead - but THE BOYS hooked him on drugs to take him outta his no 1 spot. Vince was gonna make him champion but he came hooke don drugs, late, missing shows...then this. So He's not JUST a monster - he didn;t do any crap before he came to america. So those judging looks at ALL the facts and ALL points of view. Then look at ALL you wwe crap that Austin on it and realize that wwe's top superstar in history is an bunghole, a POS MULTIPLE TIME WOMAN BEATER, a BEAT-HER, and animal killing douchebag cry baby... at least snuka was a dumb island guy turned to the darkside - the texas rattlesnake is JUST A PIECE OF crap.
Bottom line... Snuka still aint that bright. He's dying and in ALL his LIFE...he STILL never learned how to read. Like WTF!? I'm pretty sure his mental state is real and he's gonna die...so whatever.

I'm quite uncomfortable with how liberal some of you are with condemning him as a murderer. I wish he could have stood trial with a chance to clear his name, something terrible happened that day.... but we can only logically assume that he was criminally negligent by not calling 911. Anything else is a reach, regardless of tempting logistics. She might have well fallen.
This is not as cut and dry as some of you on the moral high horse make it out to be.
I hope some day he is reverted to being the WWE icon who flew from the top of a steel cage.

Commissioned a custom barefoot Supa fly Snuka. I don't think we'll get any more figures of him.

Oh goody, they extended the deadline for the concussion guy to respond to WWE's case dismissal request to March 5th. Gotta wait a little longer.

He owes the family thousands of dollars and has never paid a dime.

Even if the case is dropped, Vince holds grudges for a long time. I'm sure a bunch of guys suing Vince for a BS reason are gonna stay on his list for a while.

Innocent until proven guilty, just ask Casey Anthony. BIG difference. She was actually found not guilty. They're doing the changes due to being incompetent to stand trial. Also he was found responsible for the womans death in a civil suit(which he never paid) If Mattel made his figure, I would be extremely disappointed in them. Especially after they're refusing to make a Chyna just because she appeared in(100% legal) adult films. Mattel already has made his figure. So you should already be extremely disappointed in them.

The verdict of a civil trial has zero bearing on criminal matters and there is no such thing as guilty or innocent when it comes to a verdict in a civil trial. The jury simply finds for the plaintiff or for the defendant depending on who he majority of evidence favors. The burden of proof is completely different and in a civil trial regarding death all they are going for is that the person being sued was in some way responsible (either by negligence or intent) for the other person's death. I'm not standing up for Snuka here because I do actually believe he did kill her but just saying that being found against in a wrongful death suit does not translate to guilty of murder or even imply it.

Which bare foot did you get that from? You can use brown shoe polish on Kevin Von Erich's legs. It'll match with Snuka's skin tone. TheDean was the first to do it, but many of us have copied that technique to get a Barefooted Superfly in our collections.

Only found to be responsible for, say, a wrongful death. Perhaps someone in here with a law degree could clarify.
