Well U2 announced on Instagram on Christmas Night, that they had Songs of Experience coming soon, and also in honor of the 30th Anniversary of the Joshua Tree, they would be doing special shows for the anniversary, well I'm happy to say that U2 will be back on the road from May to August 2017, Also, the band confirmed that they would play the entire album almost every night. All I gotta say folks is this is going to be exciting, the band just made the Joshua Tree great again.

I'm named after that album, so I pretty much HAVE to go, haha.
Cleveland is closest to me, but I have family in Philly and could make a trip of it.

I usually don't say bad things about people far more successful than me, but man, U2 are as dull as they come.

I always thought Joshua Tree and Radiohead's OK Computer are the two most overrated albums of all time.
Don't get me wrong, I love both bands. I just thought they had better albums than those two. Achtung Baby (U2) and The Bends (Radiohead) were better imo.

I hope U2 follow through by playing Exit, Red Hill Mining Town and Trip Through Your Wires, Bruce Springsteen did mostly some of his Non-River Songs on the River Tour, so it would be good to see U2 get in some non-Joshua Tree songs in too like Boy, War, Unforgettable Fire, Achtung Baby, All That You Can't Leave Behind, How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb and Songs of Innocence.

Dublin In July or whenever? I'm there. No ifs ands or buts about it.

I wish they were coming close enough for me to see them.

Sorry to be late to the party! U2 reworking the songs to be played live is one of the most exciting things about this tour! RHMT is certainly the most interesting, considering it's lack of plays on live tours. I'm excited to hear Edge "kick the tires" on these songs. I'm also crossing my fingers for a stripped down, Lovetowe-Era stage with red backdrop... But it's Willie Williams in charge, so you know that's not going to fly. America is in sore need of a U2 infusion. I can't wait to see how songs like "Man and a Woman", "HTDAAB/Xanax and Wine", even "New York", are reworked to be relevant in this disgusting political climate.
