That looks pretty decent in truth.

It looks pretty good to me. Sure, there could be nitpicks but they aren't enough to make me not want it.

I have zero issues with this figure. I see the vintage WFIGS nitpickers doing the usual, but this is awesome we get a final ring gear Sting in elite form. Would have loved to have this ring gear Sting in Elite 39 instead of the t-shirt one. I did buy that one and will be buying this one. Shouldn't need any other Stings because I am not a flashback collector. ...BUT if Mattel was somehow given the keys to make TNA figures down the road I'd be all over a BFG 2007 or 2008 Stinger. Still one issue. They've painted his flesh on his torso. Mugs.

I like it. Glad I held off on E39. Amazing to see how's he's evolved over his career.

I think the perfect torso is a better choice then the Wolfpac sting.

I'm sorry, but this is just a huge disappointment. I've waited this long for this??? A reused torso which looks odd on those thick legs and inaccurate boots. This is just upsetting to be honest. I don't get why Mattel has such a hard time getting Sting figures right. He's my favorite wrestler of all time and after all these years of wanting some good Sting figures we get this? In a weird way I think toybiz did a better job in their day (and yes I know they made some crap sometimes but still.) The surfer Sting has that hideous torso and anerexic legs, the crow DM has those roided arms and boots aren't the right height, the Wolfpac has a skinny painted torso and for some reason small arms, this one has the mr.perfect torso, thick DM legs and inaccurate DM boots, which should be either Lawyler's or a new mold and glossed. I don't get why certain one time figures get special tooling (FANDANGO) but for a guy like Sting who's going to get multiple releases there isn't a special request. I thought the proto was subpar but now I'm not sure if I want to get this and the irony is how long it took to make this considering that all these parts were available for a long time. I would of made them like this
Surfer: Bulldog torso Roided arms Thicker legs New boot mold (jerry Lawyler's, closest ones)
Crow: Same parts as the original DM Slightly less thicker legs Hawk arms Wrist cuffs Taller DM boots Proper aluminum looking bat
Wolfpac: Same as DM parts minus top Torso would be wider and a bit more muscular around the shoulder areas Wrist cuffs Same boots as surfer Sting
Modern Sting Brand new mold for a less defined Sting Torso could be the one used for the original Wolfpac Daniel Bryan arms Wrist cuffs Shawn Michael legs New short boot mold glossed of course (or the Jerry Lawyler's)

I think the perfect torso is a better choice then the Wolfpac sting. It seems so disproportionate to me. The width of the chest versus the stomach stands out. But like I said, it's not enough to make me pass on the fig, so hopefully HOF4 shows up at Toys R Us in Canada like HOF3 did. Every fig in the wave is worth picking up in my opinion.

I might get it if it goes on sale, it's a pretty cool looking figure. I definitely like it more than the one in the regular line.

I like it. Glad I held off on E39. Amazing to see how's he's evolved over his career. I did get E39 and after seeing this figure I'm wishing I could trade it in for an upgrade. Nothing against E39 mind you as it is a good figure but I much prefer in ring wrestling attire to t-shirt wearing promo attire.

Something needs to be done about that bat. If youre gonna change the torso every figure, at least fix the bat.
Shorter. No wood grain.

Not a fan of rubber coats, will do a head and coat swap with his DM figure.

I don't possibly see how have painted on skin could ruffle my feathers.
