-- Since we're a solid 6months into the draft format of the WWE, it raises the question as to how often an official draft should occur.
Also, if you vote, please state why.
And lately, what are your thoughts on a Network special, "WWE State of The Union: Draft Trade edition", airing half-way through the draft cycle? (annually: 6mo in ~ biennially: 1yr in ~ triennially: 18mo in). 2 single stars | 2 tag teams | 2 women stars Hosted by Cole, headed by Vince, with Stephanie and her GM on one side of the table; Shane and his GM on the other side of the table. - The purpose of this, would simply be to keep each roster some-what "fresh feeling", while maintaining a majority of it's branded stars. *edit: lastly, not lately

Every year.
I also think it should follow Wrestlemania. That is technically the start to their new "season".

Every year...but they can wait as long as they want cause I don't want to see anyone from SD change brands.

Every year, just to freshen the rosters up a bit.

every year. also i think that would be an excellent show idea that you described. perhaps they can use bring it to the table for a draft edition.

The draft got tedious towards the end and guys were getting swapped around just for the sake of it. I would prefer contracts to run done which would result in switching shows.
Having said that if Raw's ratings continue to drop the split might end.

Idk...I'd leave it how it is and just have "contracts" run out and things of that nature. So then it could be a surprise or an angle (like the miz).

Once a year and yeah it should be a network special but no doubt it will be on a random Raw since they get everything. I hope they don't present it as a random, computer generated draft, Bryan/Shane Steph/Mick taking turns picking wouldn't work great either because obviously you'd pick the other brands top guys. I always loved the draft, but I always thought they needed to find a creative, fair way of doing it. I'd also like to see NXT incorporated somehow. Raises the question of what show called up NXT guys go to? Who gets first dibs? There's a lot to think about for when they do eventually have a draft, I just hope they don't it up.

Every year, how it used to be: interpromotional matches with the winner having their brand have a pick. Wouldn't mind it being a network special either.

I wouldn't mind seeing a few guys trade places every year. I don't want them to get too carried away with it, though.

WWE presents WWE Draft Night live exclusivley on the WWE Network. I can see it. A 8-Man scramble Ladder match would be sweet, where the winner of their show takes 3 draft picks.

The WWE "Season" lasts from the Raw after Wrestlemania to the next Wrestlemania, so have the draft be after Wrestlemania every year. There should also be a trade deadline and a cap on trades per season.
They should try to keep some established "Raw" and "Smackdown" stars on their respective brands for the most part, as well as trading some guys. Eventually switching them to the other brand for variety.

Yearly is fine, but more so as an expansion draft. Limit it to a set number of spots and say that the champions are locked into place, or maybe they have a specific number of guys that can be protected. Let's say you have 7 spots for each show. You save the final pick until after the main event. Say that main event is a title match and a "protected" wrestler loses their title and then gets immediately drafted from Raw to Smackdown. So you could play around with it in that kind of way.

Every 2-3 years. There was no draft in 2003 and it was great seeing the shows evolve with the guys they had instead of seeing people switch shows just for the hell of it. SDLive is great right now and I wouldn't want to mess with that chemistry. Just bring up guys from NXT to keep things fresh.

Never. Keep the rosters as is, and just stick with superstars occasionally being traded or jumping ship.
