Well if they want to do it in Seattle again, June. Safeco has a retractable roof. If it is cold, if it is raining,...would not be a problem. Just close the roof.

True, but it's better than places that have no roof at all, then they just build the little canopy over the ring and the ENTIRE crowd gets rained on.

Yes.
The closes stadium for me is New York...and its been about 3-4 years since a Wrestlemania has been in New York....
The summer is better; like maybe the 1st Sunday of June.

No. But I also think they should stop doing outdoor football stadiums as well.
Dallas, Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, Minneapolis, St. Louis, San Antonio, Detroit, Glendale, and Indianapolis all have covered/retractable roof stadiums that hold 60k+. Add to those Rogers in Toronto and then the OCCASIONAL outdoor stadium. There's pretty much room for a wrestlemania for everyone in North America.

If WM moved to the summer would Summerslam move to the Winter and become Snowslam? WinterSlam

No because it's on at a time when I'm free to watch it and don't have holiday/work/uni to worry about.

I hate when WM is outdoors, cuz it totally takes away some of the rosters entrance. Bray Wyatt's entrance isn't as good in the outdoors as it is indoors with the lights turned off.

No. But they could move it back to Seattle. I never went to WrestleMania 19 and it's been since 03 since we've had WrestleMania. Can't remember when we even had a Big 4 ppv. Washington is underappreciated.

The only reason they hold it in the spring is because there is little to no competition from the NFL/NCAA/NHL/NBA. Many Wrestlemania weekends have taken place on Final Four weekend.

I understand the logic... it may make sense from a business sense to have it in the summer because that's when people are most likely to take a trip/vacation. As you mentioned, the weather is generally nicer, too. I think it's possible but unlikely. As it is, WM is usually around spring break time, but it could be better. But would families make it a priority to see WWE if they were off at the beach, sight-seeing across the country, or camping? I've always thought that WWE holds SummerSlam at the very end of August in part because Vince knows the summer activities are done and kids are at home, preparing to go back to school.

If they changed Wrestlemania they'd also have to changed Royal Rumble, Summerslam, and Survivor Series. They're spaced pretty evenly. Like one of the major 4 per quarter. Well I've been doing for a few years now that they need to change the stipulation of the Royal Rumble match. Having the winner get a title shot a WrestleMania books them into a corner and the winner is pretty much always predictable. They need to use it to elevate new talent to upper midcard/main event status like they used to do with KOTR. I guess they could just get rid of SummerSlam. It would kinda suck to see it go since it's a tradition but I really think the change would be better. And Survivor Series would remain unchanged.

Move it to the summer, and rename it SummerFest? Ari Gold was right in the long run.

Allegedly Vince made the Scottrade Center (then known as the Kiel Center) in St. Louis sign an exclusive deal with them in the early 90's to keep WCW out. I have know way of knowing if this is true or not but if it is I'd imagine they might have similar deals in other cities so that could nix any chances of some of us ever getting a WrestleMania.

-- Later in April, between the mid-late would be reasonable. Winter begins to clear up by then, in a lot of northern states.

I've always thought that WWE holds SummerSlam at the very end of August in part because Vince knows the summer activities are done and kids are at home, preparing to go back to school. No, I don't think families would prioritize WWE more over the summer than they would in the spring, but what IS different about the summer is their AVAILABILITY. As someone who has attended 4 Wrestlemanias, it virtually always requires taking time off from work and/or school. I think it is much likelier that a family or parent/child subset would take a TRIP during the summer across the country, than March. Also, your Summerslam comparison doesn't make sense. Summerslam is just an arena show just like a TV taping so not many people will travel far for it unlike a 70,000+ audience show like mania. Does that make more sense? And with Wrestlemania, if you're a big enough fan, you'll go. People travel from the farthest places possible on this planet, so if you'd rather see the beach, then it won't matter when Wrestlemania is because you won't care enough.
