I'd complain to head office how they treated me if that happened to me.

I went to Argos last week with hopes of picking up a NXT Roode. Anyway after the whole "Can I view the figures your Grace?" and I'm left to wait for 14 mins (I timed it on my phone). My order was first yet they served around 6 other people before me. Apparently a mini fridge is more important than a wrestling figure. After the 14 mins I tell them "I been here for a while". So then they bring out a NXT Asuka. I ask "Can I view the other figures?" They respond smugly "Sorry, not enough time for that". British customer service at its best, Rule Britannia! The whole thing could be avoided if they did individual item numbers for individual figures and given the power of technology I do not really understand why they do not do this.

if they do that I always say there's "x amount" in the back, if it's easier just ask if they can use there walky talky device and ask what figures they have so they haven't got to bring them all down.

It would likely mean a system overhaul, but that would be beneficial for both them and us. Cheers, Nev

NXT Elites are down to £9.99 in Argos, I thought it would be a nice touch if I finally found Ember and Bobby while the promotion was on... But alas, two stores, a total of 8 in stock across the two, 5 Nakamuras, 2 Asuka’s, 1 Dawson (ironically I still need Dash) Thanks for the advice I managed to score the Revival for 9.99 each. They had 18 in stock so I blindly paid for one as I thought surely with that many in stock I'll need at-least something. Then the girl fetches 5 different figures and among them were No Way Jose (first time I've seen him in person but not a fan of his character) then off I went to pay for another one after seeing what they had. Also Nakamura and Rollins were among the ones shown. Feel glad I got the Revival for half the cost. The belts alone make it worth it. First time ever seeing these figures in person as I never looked for them due to a bad experience I previously had when trying to get them at an Argos previously. Roode would have been nice but didn't realistically expect him. I went to the Gateshead high street one, I'm glad a blind purchase paid off as you usually get a load of aggro if you ask for a view of anything.

Oh, I would have torn them so many new a45eh0les. Shredded them to pieces in front of every customer. And then got the manager, and done it again.

BTW, the way I've avoided that in the past is to put an order in for all their stock.
Then just walked out if there is nothing I like. What are they gonna say?

You can ask for a customer view, that's what I've always done. They just bring out the ones they have, which normally leads me asking for more. I could never spend £20 to blindly choose a figure.

It sounds so brutal yet comical at the same time.

It's like the Generation Game and Bruce's Price is Right rolled into one. You see the prizes on the belt then it's like "Number 217 come on down!" It's fun.

The Raw Main Event ring (AKA: the Goldberg ring) is finally down to £69.99
I guess you can now justify that as £20 for Goldberg and £50 for the ring and accessories
Still in two minds, not got an abundance of space and very aware of the low ropes. Anyone else got it? Does it really look that bad?

Still annoyed that they didn’t rectify this issue with the upcoming smackdown ring, when they said it’s something they’re now aware of.

I caved and picked it up, still got the receipt so I may yet take it back It is annoying that they didn't correct it, that said, there may be a reason why they couldn't Plus, if they did correct it, people would only complain that their rings don't match. People can't be pleased!

I've never had any problems when asking for a viewing on wrestling figures at argos, if I did I would raise merry hell, don't you want my money then! .
Frome B&M has the summerslam basics bulldog duggan etc in, the green bellas battlepack and th elite series with scott hall bezerker and co, I caved in and bought Hall (how could I not for £9.99!, I said I'm no longer buying figures..well maybe not new ones anymore, but I might make the odd exception for a older series at a cheaper price)
