I am in the process of getting a new house and with that I plan to open all my figures for display. I am quickly running out of space in my current home so I am going to have to open and put into storage totes. What advice can you give me as far as what to put them in to make sure all pieces remain with the figure they came with?

You could buy some bigger ziplock bags. That's what I did with my GI Joe collection.

Use a good brand zip lock bags. I did this for my Hasbro loose collection years ago.

Most of my stuff is in storage right now due to space constraints. I've found that wrapping each fig in a paper towel or two and then putting them in the gallon size ziplock bags keeps them from rubbing paint on each other as you move and shuffle them around.

I would suggest like others the ziploc bag idea. You don't wanna lose the tiny pieces like sunglasses or such so being able to seal the bag would do that. If you want you can make a big bag of all that stuff and then maybe wrap each figure in paper towel or something so they don't rub and put them in a big tote.

Absolutely agree with the Ziploc idea. That's what I do and quart sized are perfect.

I used thick freezer quality zip lock bags. Worked well.
