To bad he couldn't be in this shape during his spotlight feuds in 2011-2014 Hell, he wasn't in this shape during his spotlight feuds in 1996-1999!

If you watched A Giant's World from 2011, you'll see that Big Show has spent this decade making positive changes to his life. He admitted that he never had a specific exercise regiment during most of the 2000s. He also suffered from a serious smoking habit that hindered his cardio in the early 2000s. The great shape that he was in while in WCW was the result of being young and having once been a basketball player. He let the stress and schedule of the biz get the best of him.
He's been gradually getting in better shape for years, as evidenced by the increased energy level in the ring despite hitting an age where most wrestlers are visibly slower than their primes. I'm happy for his family that he seems to be health-focused and has a shot at being vital and independent into old age.

He is def looking good. He gives me hope that big men (like me) can get abs too.
When it comes to Wrestlemania can him vs Shaq be a huge draw? I mean we barely see him and he's not a threat when it come to the current roster since we don't see him. Let alone he loses to all the celebrities that comes his way.

I wouldn't quite say he's ripped but definitely looking the best he has in years. Being his size without carrying a lot of fat is hard work. Props to him. Unfortunately most wrestling fans won't care because he isn't as athletic and a daredevil in the ring. I miss the old days when size mattered.
