Telling you by the end of the year Charlotte is going to be a 16 time women's champion.

When two segments are done in such a way and all they do is remind you of stuff from years ago (This Is Your Life/Barbershop window, Lita vs Trish 2004)

Before Raw, I always think things through logically. Thought Bayley winning would be a huge mistake. Should happen at WM. Match starts and logical thinking goes out the window. So happy for Bayley. All hail the champ.

Raw was dare I say, pretty good tonight.
-Samoa Joe's sit down with Cole was awesome. He legit looks and talks like a believable badass. Can't wait till Zayn/Joe at Fastlane.
-I have a feeling that Enzo and Cass are going to continue to get teased by not winning the titles, but they will finally get them the night after Mania.
- Bayley v. Charlotte was awesome, but I hope to god they don't have her drop it back to Charlotte at Fastlane. I think Sasha's jealousy will grow and she will cost Bayley the title, to set up a triple threat or F4W at Mania.
-HOLY crap, the Festival of Friendship segment was incredible start to finish. When Jericho looked at the list and said "why is my name on here" with that sad dog face and eyes, I had a friggin lump in my throat. That beatdown was incredible and brutal. Some are asking the logic behind the attack, my idea is that Jericho accepted Greenberg's challenge for Owens (which he obviously didn't want) and that instead of being serious and realizing the threat, Chris thinks everything is a joke. Owens lost it because he realizes he title reign is in peril. I expect Jericho and Owens will be the best feud throughout Mania season.

You only get that first time, one time. I think they should have let Bayley celebrate for a minute and then had Stephanie come out and say they are doing that match over again at a later time, and due to all of the outside interference it was a no contest.
We saw with Daniel Bryan that if you give him the carrot, and keep taking it away, that you can build to a truly perfect moment. I think we're too close to Mania for Bayley to get that moment, and because of that I think they should have just waited to pull the trigger altogether on her, even though I'm sure the Mania crowd will pop hard for her when WWE inevitably gives us this same ending again.
I thought the Festival of Friendship was a truly memorable Raw moment. We don't really get a whole bunch of those, but that's something I feel I'll remember a few years from now. The biggest disappointment of that segment is that they broke up to end it. This means I'll never get my Hand of God inspired JeriKO painting from WWE.com to hang over my fireplace.
Samoa Joe is such a great character. He's so believable and because of that I think he's going to be around for as long as he wants to be. It's almost comical to look back and think about how he was wasted for so much of his time in TNA post like 2008ish and now WWE is absolutely nailing everything with him. It's truly tragic that Punk is gone and we'll never see Punk-Joe in WWE. What a treat that would have been.
I like Raw's tag division. New Day, Good Brothers and Enzo and Cass all make me care about what they're doing. The titles are almost secondary but I do hope Enzo and Cass get to wear them in the near future.
I only watch the CW matches to listen to Aries on commentary. I'd largely be in favor of most of the CW talent not being integrated into Raw at all. The division is a failed experiment as far as I'm concerned. Let a few guys, like Aries, Neville, TJP and TBK, fuse into the main Raw or SD roster and keep 205 Live a separate show that has nothing to do with either brand. If Kalisto can be a member of the main roster then so can the 4 guys I named who are all comfortably more talented than him. I'd actually be in favor of sending Kalisto to 205 Live to get him off of Smackdown.
Solid Raw.

Thought RAW was pretty good.
Not sure why they put the title on Bayley now. Unless the plan is to have Sasha turn on her setting up a WM match.
Jack Gallagher continues to be a highlight. Still wish that head-butt was his finisher.
Hated to see Owens & Jericho break up. But if this gives us the ass kicker Owens back, then I'm happy it happened.
Love that we will be getting a Sami/Joe feud. Two guys who always entertain me.
Love how Enzo runs his mouth because he knows Big Cass has his back. Hopefully Enzo & Cass win tag titles at WM.
Emma thing was weird. But I'd rather her be Evil Emma than Barbie doll Emma anyhow.
Neville is awesome even when he doesn't wrestle. His heel turn saved his career.
New Day needs to find something better to do.
Sami/Rusev was good. Once Rusev heels, he deserves a push.
I'm no Roman hater, but I would have been furious had he beat the tag champs in a handicap match.

Couldn't get happy for Bayley all too much because she's just going to lose it to charlotte in a few weeks.
Predictable

After being squashed by Oldberg in under 30 seconds Owens and Jericho should be the tile match at Mania. but no it will be Old Berg and Brock for the title in 2017 yippee. Bangarang? Oh, wait...

It's been about 8 hours since I finished watching Raw. I'm still not over the fact that Owens turned on Jericho. Considering it was a heel turning on another heel, it was one of the saddest moments I've ever seen in WWE. Worse than when The Shield broke up.

I still remember when they first started as a backstage segment and we all loved it and wanted them to do more and guess what, they did! But now it's all gone!! THEY SOILED IT! SOILED IT! SOILED IT!

Also, Samoa Joe's sit-down interview with Michael Cole last night was perfect and literally addressed every single concern I had about the way they brought him in and talked about him in the aftermath. That segment will probably fly under the radar a bit because it was understated and buried among a noteworthy edition of Raw, but it really was WWE at its best.

Few things get me as sympathetic for a TV character like last night's break up did. So well done.

Love how when I decide to turn Raw off after the first segment because it looks like it's going to be unbearable, it turns out to be a decent show.
Jack Gallagher looks utterly ridiculous. He looks like he just got pulled out of bed and thrown on TV.
Samoa Joe is incredible. He's got such a great intimidating presence about him. As soon as his music hit you could feel that sh*t was about to go down. And his verbal skills put Roman Reigns to shame.
Gillberg!
If Emma goes back to her heel Emma gimmick then I'm all for it. I'm honestly intrigued by this but I'm just afraid that they haven't got a clue what they're doing. Hope I'm wrong. I like Emma.
Never saw Owens turning on Jericho coming. Thought their split would've happened after Fastlane. Brilliant segment between these two.
Haven't watched the whole main event yet, I guess Charlotte got sick of lugging the title around again so she let Bayley look after it until Fastlane.

-- The Y2KO break up, I was not expecting to happen so soon, especially with Fastlane (I thought Jericho would get taken out by Bill, thus leaving KO to get speared/JH by Bill ftw). This could work too, if Jericho's off-camera UNTIL Fastlane (comes out, costs KO the match, Bill wins). Being "on the shelf", he'll hopefully be stripped of the US title; some qualifying matches on the Fastlane pre-show, to see who goes on for a Fatal 4-way at WrestleMania to determine the NEW US Champion (SZ gets the well deserved shine here!)
Speakin' of KO, at the end of the segment, it would've made a lot of sense had it shown Triple H either at the entrance way at the top of the ramp, slight grin with a clap. Or atleast backstage, standing next to Steph, proudly watching the monitor of KO's turn on Jericho. After all, Trips did call for Kev's attention backstage earlier in the night, after walking into the arena with Joe. Speakin' of Joe, his interview seg was greatness! But Joe's involvement with SZ kind of seems like a possible main eventer who just defeated RR last week going up against a midcard/struggling semi-main eventer - it might bring Joe down a peg, but it could elevate SZ as well. Interesting to see where this goes, maybe a match next week or something building to Fastlane.
I was against this whole "Emmalina" horse$#!t from the beginning. She didn't need to change, she was actually excelling with those aviators and half-goves, being a vicious b!t#c (along with Dana) to all the women. I don't know about anyone else, but I want to see a conclusion with Emma & Dana at some point (maybe have Dana accidently cost Charlotte's match at WM, Charlotte belittles Dana and BAM, Emma takes out Charlotte and Dana helps, so it's like a 1-min "double turn" (sympathy for Dana, then sympathy for Charlotte after the beating she gets).
Bayley winning the strap....... great for her, but I would've kept it away until Mania, where the win could've been much BIGGER on the grandest stage instead of just a RAW stage. This just adds to the "hot potato" rep that strap is gettin'. However, if it's Bayley/Charlotte for the title at Fastlane, and Bayley retains, would love to see Sasha there to celebrate after the match and graciously ask her for a title match at (points to the sign), Bayley gracefully accepts, so the 2 friends will collide at Mania. --Then Sasha, defeated, congratulates Bayley after their match at WM.....(wait for it)... heel turn Bank Statement choke, refusing to let go.
I hope it's inked in the book, Cesaro/Sheamus vs. Enzo/Cass for the #1 contendership at Fastlane. Maybe have GB-4Life interfere and both teams go on to WM so it's a 3-way for the straps.
Tozawa/Kendrick and Jack/Adrian. Both angles are enjoyable so far.
I feel really bad for Bo Dallas. Either a transfer to SDL, or a call down to NXT could only salvage his career thus far. Atleast Lanny got a push as The Genius when Randy was World champ.
Braun & Mark was actually pretty entertaining for 2 big men. Seeing Braun vulnerable once or twice, is what's needed at this point. Hopefully we see more of that next week against Show. Shaq appears on the tron screen, distracts Show, Braun can get the win that way (it's used, but traditional).
Great job from all the stars, but would've booked differently. Grade: C

It would be really lame if Charlotte wins back the title at Fastlane. Hope it won't be that straight forward or predictable.
