It looks awful. I have never been a big Orton fan, but how do you not release him in red trunks or something different? Anybody who bought the SummerSlam Heritage Orton could've done this fix-up themselves years ago.

Are there any other pics of the rest of E49? The "B" on Big Cass's trunks is so off. If they don't change that, then Mattel really had a bad QC problem.

TheHitmanKid that's just an early prototype, the actual figure obviously won't have the 'B' coming off his trunks on to his leg lol.

Easy easy pass for a figure I was excited for. Should have gone red instead of black if they wanted to go the cheaper route. Such a cop out fig. Because we all wanted a rare as **** black trunks Orton. Sigh.

I like it, but I do find it a bit funny that for years they gave all Orton figures the lean ripped arms and now we finally get an elite version of a young Orton and they give him the larger modern era e35 sized arms.

The designs were often painted too big like Cass' trunks

I love it. The purple is very prominent. It's gonna be a great addition to my collection so I can part ways with that crapty updated Borton.

While you guys are saying this is boring, it is accurate. Orton pretty much stopped wearing colored trunks in 2004, he wore red in his HIAC match against Undertaker in 2005...but that was about it. This shirt is from 2005/2006. This also isn't really a legend killer-era Orton...that would be 2004...and would entail either an Evolution shirt or his "Legend Killer World Tour" shirt.

He was most definitely The Legend Killer during this era, hence why he was facing the Undertaker at Mania 21 in 2005, which is the attire this figure is based off of. Back of that RKO shirt it comes with is supposed to say "Legend Killer" on it as well. Orton had his Legend Killer gimmick from 2003-2008. Last of his shirts from 2008 which he wore prominitely during and after WM24 still read "Legend Killer" on the back of it.

This shirt most definitely was not around in March 2005. He had that "Destiny/RKO" shirt and that shirt with his pose silhouette (it even comes on the Jakks WM 21 series 3 Orton).

The figure looks great and love the shirt but, like others, it would seem a lot more kick ass if it had some type of color in the trunks, would dig the red

Not sure why they cannot use actual T-shirt material, e.g just a Cotton Blend. I prefer that material over the cloth. Cloth rolls up on the bottom after a while

Cloth rolls up on the bottom after a while This material doesn't roll up, doesn't fade to gray, and is shear so it fits better. Look at all the pre Elite 12 shirts now. They look awful. And they always poked out sharp around the shoulders where the seams are because they are too thick.
