What is stopping Mattel from making Classic Women?

That would be an easy addition, they already have all the parts, all it would need is a little bit of paint for the markings on the outfit and the head. Then Mighty Molly as an Elite I guess since apparently everyone is okay with paying $10 for a scrap of cape lol

I made a regular Molly with an old Beth Phoenix fig, the old Molly head and different hands.

We need some more ladies in the line yes. Sable, Sherri, Moolah, Alundra Blayze, nWo Liz would be nice

I want WM7 Liz and Sherri, to go with the WM7 Savage and Warrior.

nWo Liz would be nice too.

I really only want a Sherrie! her & Liz were the 2 Women in wrestling I loved most!

Chyna, Missy Hyatt, and Sunny...those aren't happening for obvious reasons.

I think Moolah and Mae Young might have a shot because even though they've both passed on, I think they're still remembered fondly.

Alundra/Madusa, Sable, Jacqueline, Ivory, Marlena, and Molly Holly might sell in the so-so to decent category, but probably wouldn't break any records.

Wendi Richter is a real stretch...and that's coming from someone who actually wants a figure of her. Same story with Bull Nakano and Rockin' Robin.

Jazz would absolutely be a horrible seller.

Look at who they've made. Lita, Trish, and Liz. They're going with names that they know have a better than average chance to sell well because you're talking about twenty dollar toys here. They're already coming with a heavy price tag, and then on top of that you're cutting way down on your potential buying audience because there are some people who just won't buy female figures.

There's also the fact that Mattel might not have the contracts to do these women even if they wanted to.

I want Chyna, Sable, Alundra Blayze and Sherri. They're the only ones that I see selling decently sadly. But I'd buy any and all women's figures they release...

If they can make two hacks like the Headshrinkers then they can make classic females. Alundra Blayze is a name I've seen being floated around for ages. I mean there is no action figure of Madusa under any name. Guarantee you a HOF Alundra with classic women's belt would be hot.

While I'd love to see Jackie, Wendi and Sunny made, I'm not sure how well they would sell. Even though a new Jacqueline is needed and a Wendi Richter would be awesome!

Marlena is another name I've seen lately. I firmly believe a Marlena and Goldust BP and Sherri and Shawn BP would be moderate hits depending on how they are packed.

As much as I love Moolah and Mae, I don't see them selling well. While I only saw one CS Mae Young at retail (and I gladly bought her), Moolah warmed hard. I think that's around the time women began being short packed. I see them being Target leg warmers like Tito.

Chyna is just a lost cause guys. I think we should look into other sources to release a Chyna. I think we have a better chance at Linda McMahon or Cyndi Lauper Flashbacks lol.

Lastly, I have limited interest in Ivory or Molly. Not that I don't like them but I'd be sorta mad if Mattel wasted time making them. They weren't even popular back when they were active in WWE. I don't have any interest in Torrie, Candice or Stacey. They just don't seem like they are memorable enough to be Flashbacks.

It's pretty disappointing that there has been a real lack of Flashback women. I thought for sure by now we would have at least seen a Lita/Trish pack, Lita/Edge pack, Stephanie McMahon or Macho Man/Liz. I was also really hoping with Brock being back that Mattel would try to sign Sable for a figure.
