Really hope Jericho retains at Fastlane. Him and Jericho need to main event.

Really not interested in any of the rumored matches, but I'm going into this one with an open mind. I didn't like the last two (31 and 32) leading up to the show, but I was pleasantly surprised at how decent they were. I really hope SmackDown's battle royal sets up a good WWE title match for WrestleMania (please not a Wyatt family triple threat). We still have over a month of buildup left to go, so there's always a chance for some big surprises. I'm Also hoping for KO to retain at Fastlane and face Chris Jericho for the Universal title. They deserve it for carrying RAW for the past 6 months.

Guessing:
Lesnar/Goldberg (Universal Title) Reigns/Taker Rollins/Triple H Wyatt/Orton (WWE Title) Owens & Joe/Jericho & Zayn or Balor Cena & Nikki/Miz & Maryse Styles/Shane Ambrose/Corbin (Intercontinental Title) Charlotte/Bayley/Sasha/Nia (Raw Women's Title) Big Show/Shaq Neville/Aries (Cruiserweight Title)
New Day/Legends segment Flo Rida performance HOF segment
Pre-Show: Andre the Giant Battle Royal Anderson & Gallows/Sheamus & Cesaro/Enzo & Cass (Raw Tag Team Titles) American Alpha/Usos (Smackdown Tag Titles) Multi Women Tag or Title match featuring all of Smackdown's women (except Nikki) and a bunch of returning women for one night only (Kelly Kelly, Eve Torres, etc.)
I could see the Smackdown women's match replacing Ambrose/Corbin on the main card, though. Dean and Baron may end up on the pre show.
Quite a bad card. Can't possibly be as bad as last year, though.

Jeeze, i'm blown away by the negativity shown for New Day's spot on the card. I assume hosting will entail opening the show with a promo, and maybe collaborating with a couple of legends... i'll take that over a place in the Battle Royal or some other pre-show slot.
How would everyone book the WWE Championship match as of now? Wyatt/Orton, Wyatt/Orton/Harper or Wyatt/Orton/Styles?

I really hope KO keep the belt at Fastlane. I just don't think that adding the title to Lesnar and Goldberg makes any sense.

A) This show hasn't actually happened yet, and B) The craziness of judging this card purely on paper somehow equating to the show sucking despite the fact it hasn't happened yet? The negativity around this show blows my mind.
There have been plenty of good manias that haven't looked good on paper.
Wait until the show actually happens first... and maybe try to enjoy it a little

Just great. I get to be "treated" to nonstop fun of "WHO WHO WHO WHO WHO WHO WHO" "WE GOT ICE CREAM MACHINE TIME TRAVEL STUFF" "UNICORNS!"
Anyone want to buy my travel package? jk
So, I guess I could ask: Which superstar's placement or lack thereof on Wrestlemania 33 made the least sense given their 2016 run? So far, I'm for AJ Styles. New Day is next, although how they hype the Shane match may cause me to take him off the list. If it's one of the top 4 matches booked, I'll say its ok. New Day though. Sheesh. Feel bad for them.

Whomever gets the pin wins the title. Orton RKOS Bray after Bray hits Sister Abigail on Styles. Orton poses for a while. Styles goes for the Phenomenal Forearm, and gets an RKO for his troubles. Randy can either with the title, or drag AJ on top of Bray. If the latter, Orton can say it was never aboutt he gold, it was about destroying the Wyatt family.

We very well could be getting AJ vs. Nakamura.

I would scream. Like really loud. In the middle of the night. I think he will return the night after WM though.

We very well could be getting AJ vs. Nakamura. Don't see it. I don't think it'd get the time it deserves. Needs at least 20-25 minutes. Hope I'm wrong

Goldberg can only hope that the ramp isn't as long as last years or else he'll have a stroke

Goldberg can only hope that the ramp isn't as long as last years or else he'll have a stroke Going off the seating chart, the ramp looks wayyyyyyy longer than years past. Also, I cannot believe we are actually getting Cena in a mixed tag match with the Mizanins.......WUT DA HAYYYYYALLLLLEEEEEEEE

The mix tag is only for Nikki to work with John for her last match.

The mixed tag is essentially B-Roll footage for Total Bellas/Total Divas.

I love the positive attitude in this thread, ooh baby! Surprise Surprise. That one poster is the absolute worst, complains about literally everything don't know why he even watches. New day hosting is probably a bigger spot than any tag match they could put them in. Probably more money for them as well. I think the rumored card looks pretty good and I am looking forward to the show. I know people are craping on the mixed tag, but hear me out, these are actual humans who may be really happy working with their significant others on the biggest stage of them all.

Maybe it's the Jerichol talking but I really would like to see Jericho get the strap at Mania vs Owens (in the event that Goldberg vs Lesnar is a non title match). Of course, I wouldn't have him win clean. Owens would vindicate the fluke loss in a strong fashion and retain the title at the following ppv, hell even the next night, with Jericho departing for his leave immediately after. I just think it'd be a great way to end an amazing run for Jericho and it adds a shock to the culmination of a well written story.
For years we've seen Jericho put guys over without question; doing his bit for the company, so I'd love to see one more Championship win for the highlight reel.
Also, I think this is the babyface win that makes sense, the IWC-charged Mania crowd will pop for Jericho, but Orton will almost inevitably get boo'ed for going over Bray.
