Does anyone have any updated list of plaintiffs? I am not able to locate anything online. With Warlord being shown at Toy Fair, clearly he has dropped out of the suit or WWE changed their policy on merchandise for wrestlers suing them. Can MattelDesignTeam or dvontu shed some light on any updates on who can potentially be made from the original list of plaintiffs. Is Koko still off limits? One Man Gang?

They showed Berserker at Toy Fair? Guess not. Updated. Was he announced or something right before Toy Fair? I remember there being discussion about if he'd get made or not.

It was a rumor thrown out there by a now banned member. No photo or confirmation. I will say I'm shocked he got a jakks figure considering he watched the door for NAILZ while he choked Vince

Not sure why my brain thought the latter was also shown.

Berzerker not shown. But is suppose to be in E51 or some shat. Im guessing the lawsuit isnt iron clad , with maybe certain talent able to still do merch deals or some sorta worked out agreement to be able to use Warlords likeness. Koko couldnt because he owns Koko B Ware... however Warolrd doesnt own his rights..that could be why..

Here is the list from when the lawsuit was originally filed in July of last year. I do believe that there are now 60 plaintiffs in the case. I'm not exactly sure who the additional 7 individuals are but I know that Kyros has said he has 60. I believe Perry Saturn and Ashley Massaro are two of the names that were added. Raven and Buff Bagwell tried to sue WWE last fall but that was over royalty rights for the WWE Network. I guess the lawyers tried to lump this in with everything else but a judge ruled it was an entirely separate issue, and I don't think either are moving forward with it.
Oh, and we also know Ivan Koloff was one of the plaintiffs as well. However, I think Koloff, Blackjack Mulligan, Koko B Ware, and Dynamite Kid were all blocked from joining the lawsuit, at least from what I understand. It seems like WWE was able to prove they were just willing to lie for Kyros. There was some kind of countersuit against all of them.
EDIT: 2 Cold Scorpio, Johnny Jeter, Balls Mahoney (Estate), Chad Wicks and Sylvano Sousa were also names I found when I searched the Google machine. So that probably rounds out the pool.
* Joe Laurinaitis (Road Warrior Animal) * Jimmy Snuka (through his guardian, Carole Snuka) * Paul Orndorff * Chavo Guerrero Sr. * Chavo Guerrero Jr. * Bryan Clark * Ahmed Johnson * James Harris (Kamala) * Dave Hebner * Earl Hebner * Chris Pallies (King Kong Bundy) * Ken Patera * Terry Michael Brunk (Sabu) * Bill Eadie (Ax) * Barry Darsow (Smash) * John Nord (The Berzerker) * Terry Szopinski (The Warlord) * Stone Havea Vailahi (The Barbarian) * Jonathan Hugger (Johnny The Bull) * Jim Brunzell * Shane Douglas * Marc Copani (Muhammad Hassan) * Mark Canterbury (Henry Godwin) * Mark Jindrak * Marty Jannetty * Jon Heidenreich * Michael Halac (Mantaur) * George Grey (One Man Gang) * Susan Green * Angelo Mosca * Jim Powers * Mike Enos * Butch Reed * Carlene Moore-Begnaud (Jazz) * Rodney Begnad (Rodney Mack) * Sylvain Grenier * Omar Mijares (Omar Atlas) * Don Leo Heaton * Victoria Otis (Princess Victoria) * Judy Hardee (Judy Martin) * Bernard Knighton (Axl Rotten, through his estate) * Bobbi Billiard * Larry “The Crippler” Oliver * Timothy Smith (Rex King) * Tracy Smothers * Rick Jones (Black Bart) * Ken Johnson (Slick) * Ferrin Jess Barr (JJ Funk) * Lou Marconi * Rod Price * Donald Driggers * Ronald Scott Heard (Outlaw Ron Bass) * Boris Zhukov

Koko couldnt because he owns Koko B Ware... however Warolrd doesnt own his rights..that could be why.. WWE probably does own the character name since it originated in Crockett Promotions which was bought by WCW which was bought by WWE but Terry Szopinski owns his own likeness rights and Mattel/WWE could not make a figure of a character that looks like him without his permission.

Looks like we got most the big names from this list.

A little tangent but I can't believe they haven't banned Gentleman Jacks headbutt that is a concussion waiting to happen.

There are maybe 10 guys on that list who deserve figures that have yet to be made.

There really isn't anybody huge on that list. Luckily we got road warrior animal and demotion already. There are some names like Sabu and Ahmed I would love to see made. Oh well.

From the list I would only want Berzerker, Adam Bomb, Shane Douglas, Barbarian, Henry Godwinn and maybe the Bolsheviks if they ran out of tag teams

Warlord is on the list, and we are getting him - same for the rereleased Kamala. This whole Concussion Lawsuit bit really is'nt an issue to me, any Flashback is a nice suprise.

Berzerker figure would hopefully be on "Warlord" quality level.
