Anyone else looking forward to this? I am seeing an early screening of it tonight, and it opens wide March 10. I'll make sure to post my thoughts and maybe even a mini review tomorrow sometime

I love King Kong and I love Brie Larson. But I don't love big cartoon CGI battles. I hope it's so good that I don't mind the over-the-top action.

I'm on the fence. Any non-spoiler comments from a trusted reviewer might tip me one way or the other so I will be interested to hear what you think of it.

I love the 1933 and 2005 King Kong films, but Kong: Skull Island doesn't look appealing to me in the slightest.

It was ok. If your theater does a discount day, I'd say it's worth it for that, but not full price.

I'm actually really excited to see this one. Love me some good monster movies, especially when they involve massive sized beasts.

I was interested in this at all but the cast & trailers have reeled me in. I like that its seemingly gonna be a different Kong tale with him likely surviving at the end.

I dig the fact that we're going to see a lot more of Skull Island in this movie, and also that we're going to see exactly what made Kong a bad ass King aside from the fact that he's an enormous monkey.

The best part was John C. Reilly's jacket.

Good popcorn flick.. Loved it taking place in the 60's during Vietnam.

It was a great popcorn flick. It nicely answered some critic questions.most importantly why he's not the size of Godzilla if they are setting up a fight in 2020.also stay for the after credit scene...gives you a idea of where this is going
