Hogan ending it would have done nothing for no one. I'm actually surprised Hogan didn't insist on it. IMO none of these choices should have ended it. I'm just glad Triple H didn't end it. Even if Taker insisted, could you imagine the s**t-storm that would have followed!?
The reason I'm okay with how it ended is because NOBODY saw it coming. I remember I had a piece of pizza hanging out of my mouth and my friend had left the room. I heard the 3 count and was in absolute shock. He came running back and we starting trying to figure out where the screw job finish was so they could restart the match. I LOVE that feeling. I love being caught off guard.
That being said, I wish they had saved it for a full time talent. It should have been used to put someone on the fast track to the top spot. Even though it ended already, if Roman cheats to win, it'll do him wonders as a top heel. If he wins fair and square and Taker shows him respect afterwards, it'll backfire horribly.

Also what's the deal with the Hogan gif in all your posts? It's my signature.

When that hand hit the mat for the 3, with the crowd not counting along... the whole room was nothing but "HOLY crap!", "OH !", etc. Hahaha

I can't even begin to explain the shock of what happened. I've been to tons of live events, pppvs and a few manias but I've never experienced anything like that.

If his streak HAD to be broken, i would have liked it to be Orton in 2005, or Kurt Angle in 2006 if they had a rematch at Mania

Nobody. It would have been cool to see him go 21 and 0 and then just leave. But if it HAD to end then it should have been Cena. There is no other choice. Cena surpassed Hogan. Rock. Austin, etc as THE face of the WWE. As much as everyone hates him, you know Cena would appreciate it more. I agree with it being John Cena, but only if it was used to set up a heel turn.

No one should have. But if it had to be someone, I don't mind Brock. It's believable and it kicked off a good run for Brock.

If anybody would have been fitting it would be Bray Wyatt as a passing of the torch.

Nobody, or someone who would have actually benefited from it.

Heel roman reigns, this year. That would've been so badass and drawn the most heat in the world I would've loved to see the internet smarks erupt xD

Either nobody, or someone that was on the verge of breaking into being a big star who the company knew they could trust. Lesnar absolutely 100% should never have ended it. He had already been a big star for the past decade, really did not need to be the one to break it, and it didn't really benefit anyone.

I think it would have meant so much more if he had lost the streak on his last match. To me thats the storybook ending that should have taken place. As everyone else has said, it did nothing for Brock that Brock being the beast, couldnt have done on his own.

Nobody, ever. For me, perhaps the worst booking error in wrestling. They killed something they created and could have sold long after Taker retires. Real shame.
The only time I would have accepted him losing- was his retirement match, if Taker wanted to go out on a loss.

Nobody, especially none of the guys you listed. Also, I love how everybody just picks their favorite wrestler and says they should have beaten the streak, or they should have gone over Lesnar clean.

Just think if the streak didn't end Taker would be looking at 25.0 if he won at this years Mania.
Having said that it should never of ended and was something that will never be replicated again.

I don't think It should have ended. I definitely don't think it should have ended before they did Taker vs Cena and/or Taker vs Reigns with the streak still in tact. With what they did, he probably should have retired after Brock beat him.
