Flood? Pray tell what that hell that means? And the RIGHT answer here is E10 Big Show. I'd gladly trade my 6429 Jakks Tag Team titles for a single set of Raw/Smackdown tag titles. I think it was Hurricane Sandy or something. The section is almost always empty now aside from TMNT WWE, or the occasional broken figure, but in 2013-late 2014 at least RSC had tons of great loose figures on their site for super cheap. Were talking SES CM Punks, DM Macho Man, NWO Macho Man, etc for like $10 or less. I remember Black Friday 2014 they cleaned house pretty much. Legends Rockers for like as cheap as $3... Took for granted how great it was, and I didnt even know at the time it was due to water damaged packages. Wouldve bought so much more.

There was a flood at Ringside's warehouse. Tons of boxes got damaged, so they listed the figures as loose. Some great deals there. Personally, I got E4 Jericho and the first RSC Kane for $16 each when they were going for tons of money.

4 Horseman 4-Pack. They're all pretty boring figures imo, but at 20 bucks I figured it was a great deal and the bodies were great for customs.

HOF Heenan.
I had no interest in the 4-pack. Saw a certain someone selling Heenan on here for $10 and figured that was a good enough deal, even though I didn't need or want Heenan. It's a great figure, and I'm glad I didn't have to get 3 other figures and spend $50+ to just get Heenan. He's now manager of E45 Rollins in my fed, seeing as they match and all.

RSC Wolfpac Sting. At first I got him on a whim and wasn't excited when he was announced, but now he's become my favorite Sting figure following the Crow DM.

Maybe elite Miz with that gray gear he had. I forget the series. I already had the Johhny Ace BAF Miz and didn't need another one. I bought that Miz just to buy something at TRU (gotta scratch the itch). Hella glad I did. It's my favorite Miz figure. Awesome attire and head scan. I currently use the white Hollywood Miz to go with Mizdow, but the headscan is terrible. Gray Miz is still #1.

Sycho Sid elite. From the pics online, i didn't like the head scan. Got it pretty cheap and it's a lot better when you get it in person.

For a while I was buying every figure that came out. I bought almost every CM Punk Elite even if I hated the scans. I'm glad I did now. Because we probably won't see another CM Punk Elite.

All of the figures below my Andy Dalton rule, which for me is X-PAC. Any figure I like more than him is a figure I like. Anything below him is a figure I bought to fill a gap or was part of an era that I collect so I felt obliged to buy it. All of those figures help complete my collection however and I'm happy I have them

Can't really remember in terms of Mattels since I didn't collect very long. However, back in the Jakks days I remember buying RA 1 Orton during KB's BOGO sale since he had just started appearing on TV and i thought it was kind of a cool figure. That turned out to be an incredible decision since the next Orton that came out in trunks didn't come out for like a year or so after that and the demand for Orton is sky-high. The next one to that same point would probably be RA 2 Batista. Batista was hurt at the time and had maybe appeared as part of Evolution for a weak or 2 months before, Scott Steiner was really the only guy I truly "needed" from RA 2. Nonetheless I bought Batista (and Rico) with Steiner...and Batista's demand was probably the highest demand I've ever seen for a current guy since a 2nd version didn't come out until a year later in AD 7...which also have an unbelievable demand (with the next ring gear Batista's not coming out until like a wm 21 series).
In terms of those "Scratch the itch" purchases over the years: -ROTR 1 Al Snow on clearance for $2 at TRU, traded it a year later for a brand new MOC UCF 1 RVD (which everyone knows was probably the most desired figure around 2002.

For me its gotta be the last Elite MVP figure....Missed the first one & Picked it up on a whim because it was being clearanced and he has remained a firm favourite since. Have him permanently displayed with a U.S. Title belt.
great figure.

Elite 42 Bret Hart. I have the Elite Wrestlemania Heritage Hart which (when you add elbow pads) is perfect. I had zero desire to own it but it was a fiver, it matches my Jim Neidhart and I got an extra tag belt.

ELITE 4 Big Show, didn't like it too much and would always put it aside for a Jakks Deluxe Big Show. But since i turned the ELITE into a custom wrestler, it's now one of my favourites.

Elite Drew McIntyre only because I had no idea that the attitude era IC belt would not get another release.
