I found them tonight. I'm in South Florida. To the person asking about Warrior's armbands being removable, I would say yes. They spin freely on his arm. There is a skin tone colored band around his bicep to sort of hold the band in place on his arm but it seems like you can slide the armband over it. At worst, heat it with a blow dryer or hot water and I'd guess they would slide right off. Taker looks great with the rest of the crew!

Thanks for the pics, I'm a little hesitant about getting the Warrior as I don't like his mold, and don't like the attire choice (since Hasbro covered it) But that Undertaker is literally seemless in the collection. I cannot wait to put the Hasbro Undertaker coat on him to see how it looks!

I love the Warrior besides that though. They did a really nice job with his head and details. I slapped the belt on him to cover up that torso as much as possible. But yeah, Taker is phenomnal. Seeing how good he turned out just makes me even more desperate to get Diesel in this line.

Seeing how good he turned out just makes me even more desperate to get Diesel in this line. I had a feeling that's why you put the belt on him, actually. Even with that mold, if they had put him in a different attire I'd be more open to buying it. WM6 may be over-used but it would have looked good in Hasbro form, hell RR91, WM7, WM8, anything. Just something unique and compelling. I just think it's the combined factor of the attire and mold, makes me hesitant. The success of the Undertaker just makes me want anyone and everyone they can make from that original 1990-94 time period. Be it another attire like Luger USA, or a missing guy like Diesel. Hell, give us some top WCW guys from the same time like Sting, Dustin Rhodes, Freebird and Pillman.

Without starting a fight, what is the appeal of these figures of Undertaker and Ultimate Warrior specifically when they already had Hasbros? I understand adding characters to your Hasbro collection who never had a Hasbro but I'm trying to figure these out.

Personally I'm in love with the idea of releasing attires that game didn't get to do. Like Undertaker with Purple Gloves. And when Hasbro released the warrior in green attire I believe he had the spring jump action. So maybe that?

Like, I used to tape some purple coloured paper onto my spare UT's gloves and boots, this is a huge deal to me. (Really don't have any appeal in that Warrior though, if I get it, it'll be merely because he's Warrior).

Did Mattel research anything? Did they not know that we were supposed to get a new Hasbro Taker w/o a hat? Did they not see we had 3 of the same (series 4,7, mailaway)?

Agree too, not a fan of the Warrior because as others said, the mold and the attire, but will still buy 2 of him because he's from the Hasbro period. Undertaker looks really cool, and it's an attire we never got. Could totally see that figure fitting right into the series if it continued in 95'.
It would be a hell of a lot cooler to see guys Hasbro never did from the period like Diesel, Hart Foundation, Evil Jake, Barbarian, Brain Busters and so on. But after 22 years anything that recontinues the line is awesome to finally see.

I have to get that Taker. I had pretty much all of the Hasbro figures and still have them but Undertaker is missing. That was my favorite one. I bought that Wrestlemania Elite one from 2 years ago because it's basically Mattels version of that figure. One day I hope to get the original one again

Something I've realized that's bugging me now...they should've gave Taker's figure tattoos. Did they photoshop them off of him in the picture they used for the card? He had at least a few tattoos during his black and grey attire days, so he definitely had some during that point in his career. Regardless, they gave Brock, KO, and Roman their tattoos, so why doesn't Taker have his? Did they just get lazy? Added detail like tattoos could've really elevated the figure a few notches. Also, a removeable "Phantom of the Opera" mask that he wore briefly during the black & purple period of his career would've been an awesome accessory.

Easy answer for me with Undertaker....aside from the purple attire, much, much better mold and action feature. I always hated the clothesline action pose and really hurt that they put it on one of my favorite wrestlers. This was how I wanted to see an Undertaker figure as a kid. The only other thing to make it perfect would have been a removable hat. It's a little late lol, but I'll take it to add to my Hasbro collection.
With Warrior though, I felt his original release in the white tights/neon green and orange deco with the press slam action was perfect. So yeah, with him not as much excitement and one of the few I would consider passing on.

So my Walmart had them out, got 2 of Warrior but no Taker left. Just 2 cenas and a lesnar sitting there yet. Even though their stock said they had 13, so looks like they got 2 cases, only put out one and couldn't find the other box! Ugh, and really don't like the Warrior at all moreso after seeing it in person. Again, I hate Walmart, so they have a 2nd case, but can't locate them?!? Pisses me off, I'm sure the other case will go out later today and the 2 takers in the box will be gone right away and who knows if or when they'll bother to get another shipment. I'm seriously wondering if it would be worth it to just pay the scalper price on ebay for Taker rather than waste any more of my time and frustrations with Walmart.

The only thing I didn't like about the Hasbro UT is that his hat didn't come off but this one doesn't even have a coat. It'd be such an easy pass for me and yet part of me wants to think why not just put masked Kane in this series instead.

I think it has something to do with letting the bubble/ card have air flow so that they don't crack/wrinkle over time. I'm not sure just a guess It's to release paint fumes before kids open them. But that kills the new toy smell. ....Or are you trying to tell me that 'new toy smell' was harmful to me all those years ago?

I think the modern product is 99% dreadful so I have no desire to put modern people with good old Hasbros. Give me more versions of Hasbro guys we never got (Purple Taker, USA Luger etc), and the missing people of the same era (Lawler, Diesel, Barbarian etc).
