...talking about the lack of US exclusives in the UK, when we DO get them (usually the TRU ones), they seem to be priced through the roof - eg. the Network Spotlight figures cost £24.99 (approx. $31.40 USD!) here, while in the US they're only $19.99... I am sure they have whole rows of every single wrestler in elite 46, 47a, 47b, 48, and so on judging by the pics we have all seen. I go to 2 or 3 Smyths quite regularly - and if you were to walk into the average store right now, you would probably find: - Elite 42: Nasty Boys, Triple H - Elite 43: Samoa Joe, maybe Jim Neidhart - Elite 44: Macho Man, Tugboat, Big E - Elite 45: All (maybe not Seth) - Lost Legends: All (maybe not Jericho) - Elite 46: Cena, Rusev, Harlem Heat ^ All the above will have been discounted (usually to £5 or £10). Then (at full price/£18.99): - Elite 47a: All except AJ (AJ's actually been the hardest Elite to find in AGES) - Elite 47b: All - Elite 48: All

Hey Americans, the UK has Toys R Us too!! Just thought I'd mention it, because most of the responses in this thread seem to be under the assumption that we don't.
But yeah, the selection of WWE figures in my local Smyths is insane, taking up a third of one side of a whole aisle! I don't buy anymore, but if I could afford to, I would have a great time. My local Toys R Us' selection pales in comparison, but is still solid, especially given the fact that it carries the exclusive WWE Network spotlight set featuring Warrior, Rock, Austin, McMahon.

UK only has Smyths and no exclusives. We have RSC, Amazon, Gamestop, FYE, Walgreens, Big Lots, Target, TRU, Walmart, Sears, AND EXCLUSIVES. STOP COMPLAINING. I stopped collecting because my area was crap with figures. You name all the places that figures are available and then you say you stopped because no one has any? Your responses are trash I said my stores. Utah is a casual Wrestling Fan state, the figures in Utah never sell good

I wonder how many shelfwarmers Smyth's has From the looks of it, based on wayneb's pic, it's looks like they're shelfwarming on mostly everything we haven't seen here at retail

I wish Smyths would expand outside of Europe. Even if it was just in New York City, I'd drive there once a year and get all the figures I want, save up my money, and go back the next year

I wonder how many shelfwarmers Smyth's has . The flashbacks have warm hard from E37 to current. Very few hve not ended up being discounted. Overstocked, overpriced and increasing availability elsewhere

I thought if some investment company from the USA bought them and imported their business into the USA. 2 Major issues there. Issue 1 if they did come to the USA how do we know that they might end up with terrible distribution like other stores here in the US have? Issue 2. How would a Ireland based retailer survive in the USA? I can't think of any Irish/UK based retailers with operations here in the USA

Overstocked, overpriced and increasing availability elsewhere A load of figures have been reduced over the past month or so and are still available on shelves, mostly flashbacks. All of the Lost Legends series were reduced and warming, Harlem Heat, William Regal, Tugboat, Anvil, Big E, Narcissist Lex Luger. Even E45 Roman Reigns, Dudleys and white ranger Seth Rollins could be found easily for £10. I'm lucky in that I have 4 Smyths all within a 45 min drive of my house so I've never struggled to pick up any figure at retail, even elite AJ Styles. I just hope the Smyths bubble doesnt burst, I dont know how sustainable it is for them to stock so much product and then have to reduce most of it. But it is an awesome store, and not just for WWE, it blows Toys r Us out of the water for Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Lego, Turtles and pretty much everything else. I wish Smyths had existed when I was a kid

Sometimes I'll just search the #Smyths on IG and just drool over my phone screen. Not gonna lie.

Most of the female figures tend to shelf-warm at Smyths too - and the Battle-packs (...that's probably due to the ridiculous £23.99 price-tag though!).

Concerning the subject on US only WWE Mattel exclusives and the rest of the world getting boned: Why doesn't Smyths try to get their own exclusives? Or any other store chains for that matter? How expanded the line been in recent years, almost anyone can get it if they pay for the rights. Even crap ass K-mart get some exclusive figures and that store is a zombie.

I wish Smyths had existed when I was a kid I find TRU to be better for Star Wars. Mine has 2 sections in different parts of the store for it (near entrance and main aisle) and they're both bigger than Smyths' section. I haven't seen Black Series in Smyths for ages either. But I'll agree with you on the other lines. Smyths in general is the better store because they have great stock and have regular sales and price cuts, which TRU does not so much.
