So a couple weeks ago my Hasbro Billy succumbed to it's age and when I was messing with his arm action the mechanism just broke, resulting in his arm being no longer attached to his body. Which has really bummed me out because the figure itself is in immaculate condition, like-fresh out of the card kind of condition. Well it was until the arm broke.
Is there any way to affix the arm back with the mechanism or am I best just to cut my losses on it, and find a new one? I'm reluctant to glue it.

That spring shouldn't be too hard to replace I think.

just take it out of a tito santana. Sure, but how would that help me I attach it back into the torso? Here's a picture of the damage, maybe that will help. Attachment Deleted

You would have to (carefully) open the torso enough to pop it in.

That is where my expertise ends because unless you want numerous self-inflicted stab wounds from a screwdriver then I'd ask someone on the customs board who is more competent than I am.

My Bart Gunn arm broke off a long time ago. Kind of pricey to replace and since I only use it for display anyway I just used super glue on it to hold it in place.

if you use super glue, you would immediately regret it

If I remember correctly, there was a guy with an accent who had numerous ways of fixing Hasbros. Some involved boiling them in hot water. It looks like you might be able to fix it using a Jake Roberts figure for parts.
