How exaggerated are billed weights of wrestlers? I swear Eric Young is not 225lbs, i'd say he looks about 210 max. Wesley Blake is also billed 240lbs, he looks like, 215 topps. Are they really that exaggerated or do they weigh that much?

Much like their heights, wrestlers' billed weights is bumped up a bit for the most part. Biggest example that I can remember off the top of my head is Daniel Bryan who, during his retirement speech, said that he was 5'8", 190 lbs and he was usually billed at 5'10", 210 lbs.

I think it varies depending on the talent. I'm sure they go with whatever they think they can feasibly get away with.
There was actually a brief period of time when Vince decided he wanted to go with "shoot" weights. It didn't last very long. Justin Roberts talks about it in his book/recent interviews.

Heights and weights have been exaggerated forever. That's how back in the day you would ended up with wrestlers that were 8 feet tall or 1,000 pounds.
Now that there's an ability to check, they still do it but it's not as wild. Also, a lot of wrestlers have lifts in their boots to give them an extra inch or so.
Some funny current ones I can think of are Big Cass and Sami Zayn. Big Cass' whole gimmick is that he's 7 feet tall and you can't teach that, but I think he said he's really like 6'9". I think Sami is usually billed at 214 pounds, but when the cruiserweight division was first introduced he was mysteriously billed at 205. Someone asked him about it and he was like "Huh? I thought I was 214."

Makes me wonder how small Finn really is considering what they announce him as.

Crash Holly-well over 400 pounds.... But in all seriousnes they've had some crazy billed weight exaggerations over the years. Bret Hart wasn't 234 pounds (comparison: heavier than Cesaro, who is jacked and 6 inches taller). 1-2-3 Kid was no where near 220, that's at least a 40 pound exaggeration. Yokozuna when he started wore padded pants to make him seem fatter and they exaggerated until he actually got massive. 5'9 Owen Hart wasn't 230. Etc
