Wrestling Inc is reporting that former TNA Television and Tag Team Champion Gunner may be signing a deal with WWE soon. According to the report, Gunner is set to take the required physical soon, and if he passes he will end up joining NXT.
Gunner made his Impact Wrestling debut in 2010 and he feuded with some of the top stars in the company before he parted ways with the promotion in 2015.
It was previously reported, former Impact Wrestling talent Crazzy Steve had been offered a WWE deal.

NXT loves taking washed up TNA Stars I'd say they've done pretty well so far with Roode, Aries, Joe, and they even breathed new life into Eric Young. No reason they shouldn't give some more TNA wrestlers a try. I'm not as high on Crazy Steve or Gunner as some of those others but who knows what the WWE can do with them in a more stable environment with consistent writing. I hope they can eventually sign EC3 and get James Storm back for more than one match.

Look wise, the dude has it all. Ring wise, he needs work. NXT can help with that. So f*** it, why not?

I don't think WWE needs to make a habit of taking EVERY guy who ever competed in NXT...
Gunner was always average AT BEST in the ring. Maybe NXT could help him improve?

"Gunner" will never not be a cool name.

I thought Gunner was returning to TNA for that whole Veterans of War deal? How bad would that blow up in TNA's face since they just ran that vignette last week. Gunner sucks. Good look but that's it. This makes a little more sense than Crazzy Steve, but not much more. Not EC3, Eli Drake, Moose or the Wolves, no. Gunner. Get the out of here.

I guess they're trying to sign every warm body they can find.

This is just a waste. He's 34. He's got "the look" but after that this guy sucks. I'm assuming Vince or H would be hoping they have another Batista

He was the one in that security tag team with the long hair and beard right? He had a decent look and was serviceable in the ring. He could be decent in a tag team in NXT I guess. Worse that can really happen is he sucks and they let him go.

It was only speculation cause Gunner and Crimson were both in the military. Won't spoil as to whos in the team

Meh. I will only be interested if Samuel Shaw also signs, so he can gain further revenge on him for pretending to be his friend in the Funny Farm.
