Why are the foreign cards considered less valuable?
I see French and Mexican cards on eBay and think they are different and cool, but I hesitate to get them because they are valued less than the U.S. versions.

Simple, because we want the same figures as they were when in stores as kids. As far as the U.S. goes those would be the regular English version.

I guess for me, it's more about the visual of the figure and the art on the card than the language. I think it's kind of cool to see them in other languages.
