It wasn't obvious to me that AJ and KO would be in the ladder match. The favorite will still probably be Wolf Corbin, but we'll see.
It is kind of funny how they had AJ seemingly lose interest in the US belt so quickly, though!

Sadly, Corbin will win this. Even though any of the other 5 guys are far more deserving.

Looking like Baron Corbin is the frontrunner for MITB, huh? My top choice as well. This may not be a very popular statement, but I would welcome Dolph Ziggler winning the briefcase. Seems every other guy either has momentum already, or can gather some up in no time. If Ziggler is to ever advance his spot again, this win would be more valuable to him than his competitors.
Any route they choose, this year's MITB Match appears very promising.

I mean, I really want Sami to win, so I'm going with him.

If WWE is intent on having Corbin be the biggest heel, they should have Sami win MITB, and then Corbin get under his skin and goad him until he puts the case on the line at Battleground....where Corbin would win via dirty tactics and take the case.
From there you have him cash in on AJ after he wins the title, and bam....Biggest heel on SD. Plus, it will make the fans want and cheer harder for a Sami title chase.

The problem with that is that it's been done with Edge, Punk, Seth... and Corbin isn't remotely close to as over as those guys. If they take that approach, it'll feel forced and won't make Corbin a legit main event heel. Much like they're doing with Jinder.

Baron Corbin is the ing man. He's going to be a huge star for WWE for the next 10+ years. I honestly wouldn't mind seeing any of the 6 win, but Corbin should totally win this.

What in god's name have they done to SmackDown. It's basically the show where they shove all the floundering talent and try to make something of them. While I initially liked the shock factor of Jinder winning because it was so unpredictable and out of left field, once the novelty wore off you remember that he's just not ready to be WWE ing Champion. This is the same title that Austin and Rock held! I thought we were done with the whole handing the belt to a guy to try and get him over. It didn't work with Swagger, it didn't work with Del Rio and it won't work with Jinder. If they wanted to feature him in a prominent role so badly, put the bloody US or IC title on him at the most after building him up. Not the biggest title in the company! The guy is nowhere near ready for it and has done nothing to merit being WWE Champion. I don't mean to be so hard on the guy because I know he's a good guy who works his ass off, but come on. His matches are generic as hell, his expressions are too cartoonish and overly exaggerated and his mic work is awful. If only Muhammad Hassan stuck around. This is a bittersweet reminder of what could have been. That guy was sensational on the mic. And he was only 23 at the time of his departure from WWE, he would have only gotten better over the years.

I'm excited for the Money In The Bank ladder match. I honestly like all 6 guys. I would like either Nakamura or Zayn to win though.

Half of the casual fans don't remember those (except Seth's) and by taking it away from a guy like Sami or AJ, he would be booed heavily. They do not need Corbin to be the face of the company, but rather a d*ckhead heel to build and be a foil to the babyfaces that carry the brand (ala Naka, AJ, Sami). Btw, most of WWE's stuff is ridiculously forced so at this point, telegraphing heat onto a guy isn't bad. He's supposed to be a heel and fans will eat that crap up.

This is most likely going to be the best Money In The Bank match EVER.
Such a stacked match. Holy crap.
But god damn we're gonna have a lot of duds on the undercard.

Harper should be in this. Not Dolph. I agree Harper should be in this. Why not just make it a seven person ladder match?

Harper should be in this. Not Dolph. Based on kayfabe he definitely should. Ziggler hasn't done much recently at all.

I'd love Ziggler to win this. Dude deserves another shot with the title. The time will come for the others, but I think DZ needs the win to get him back to the level he should be at.

Shinsuke being in this match, to me, is problematic.
He should win, simply because they need to affirm that he's a top level guy and giving him Money in the Bank is usually a pretty good way to do that.
But also, I just don't think Shinsuke is a Money in the Bank type of guy. It doesn't work for me, and I don't think it would be compelling to see him carry around the briefcase for the next several months. He also doesn't strike me as the type to do a typical cash in.
I just wouldn't have put him in the match at all, honestly.

I agree with this. He's been a pretty damn good heel. Still shows that he can work his magic in the ring as well. I'd be all for it.
