Great list!
Picked every former WWE Champion, Harley, Sheik, Bobo, Jesse, Hansen, Inoki, Thesz, Abby and, of course, Gorgeous George.

How great would an antonino rocca figure be? I think a lot of those listed would warm hard if mass produced but maybe if only a 1,000 or so figures of the pre-70's guys/females were produced then the people who are old school collectors or fans would get a figure they really want and we wouldn't be having a tito santana type discusion. But I will personally buy any first time in line figure no matter what generation.

I think doing them as special "chase" figures would help. One per every other case. Limits the numbers and maybe drives up the collector value for people buying for speculative purposes.

My guilty pleasures would be missing from this list OP... You can't have a Moolah without a Mae Young but I'll happily take a Pat Patterson & The Brisco's.

As of right now if voting ended. (note top 15 – some are ties which make for more than 15)
Top 15 of each 70’s and pre -
1. Harley Race (65) 2. Superstar Billy Graham (61) 3. Bob Backlund (58) 4. Bruiser Brody (51) 5. Jessie Ventura (51) 6. Greg Valentine (45) 7. Stan Hansen (41) 8. Gorilla Monsson (38) 9. Abdullah the Butcher (30) 10. Fabulous Moolah (29) 11. Pat Paterson (26) 12. Ivan Koloff (25) 13. Antonio Inoki (25) 14. Buddy Rogers (21) 15. Dory Funk Jr. (19) 16. Pedro Morales (19)
Top 15 80’s
1. Scott Steiner (59) 2. Rick Steiner (55) 3. Haku (48) 4. Hercules (42) 5. Barbarian (41) 6. Dynamite kid (39) 7. One Man Gang (39) 8. The Great Muta (38) 9. Koko B Ware (37) 10. Top 15 90’s
1. Owen Hart (67) 2. Raven (55) 3. Taz (50) 4. Haku (49) 5. Adam Bomb (48) 6. Ahmed Johnson (42) 7. Jeff Jarrett (42) 8. Chynna (41) 9. Barbarian (39) 10. Crush (38) 11. Eric Bischoff (38) 12. Sabu (38) 13. The Mountie (36) 14. Tommy Dreamer (elite) 15. Bob Backlund (32) 16. Chris Benoit (32) 17. Giant Gonzales (32)
Surprises about the 90’s
The Biggest surprise to me is that Bob Backlund, Chris Benoit and Giant Gonzales barely get in. That Chynna and Adam Bomb are so high up. Kevin Sullivan and Dino Bravo so low Samba Simba and Skinner would make for good figures but so far out.
Surprises about the 80’s
-Ronnie Garvin (although perhaps a plain figure was the former champion) -Nikita Koloff and Ivan with all of the Russian hoopla were hated back then and would think they would still be today. Good look for figures. -Don Muraco was a pretty good heel. Tye Dye shirt would be a cool looking figure. -Kevin Sullivan was demonic and a good heel.
Surprised Koko B Ware made the list. Not a real threat to win any big matches although in the Hall of Fame. For whatever reason. Adrian Street would make a great figure but understand.
Monsoon and Ventura make it as announcers over wrestlers
Surprises about the 70’s
-Baron Von Rachke such a bad guy. The German villain. Fun figure this would be with the iron klaw and cape.
-Dick the Bruiser the world’s most dangerous man. I understand it could be a boring figure but iconic tough guy and so low on the voting.
-Surprised that Jerry Briscoe has more votes than his Heavyweight champion brother Jack Briscoe.
Bobo and Big Cat Ernie Ladd don’t have more votes.
-I think Killer Khan would make for such a great figure and never been done before “broke Andre the Giant’s ankle” and would scream like a banshee when he inflicted chops and kicks.
-Not sure what the appeal to Pat Patterson is?
-Rocky Johnson electric performer father of the Rock. Hall of Famer. One of the big deals. Not in.
-The Sheik was a bad dude. Villain and good looking figure.
