I liked the WWE All-Stars sets & if they came out with another video game exclusives Elite style. Would like it to be ALL-STARS part two but highly doubt they would do exclusives based on a video game again.
But if they did, choose 2 each out of 3 sets of 2-packs which equals 6 figures. If you want to do 4 sets thats fine too but the original All-Stars game had only 3-sets (Morrison/Macho, RKO/Jake & CM/Stone Cold) so I highly doubt if they did it again & that's a big if. They wouldn't do more than 3 sets.

It doesn't have to be All-STARs or a VG Toys R US exclusive. Could be SDCC 2-pack suggestions also.
For that a 2-pack of RIP vs ZEUS (No Holds Barred movie).

I'd take any set with Sandman and Raven too.
Outside ECW id buy anything with Zeus, Valentine, Jeff Jarret, Dino Bravo, Bad News Brown, Bundy, debut Kane, WCW Luger, Owen Hart, Hercules, Test, Bob Holly, Chyna and a bunch more in forgetting.

All Stars was basically a Then/Now two pack. Hated the set because you were forced to buy a current guy to get a legend. But keeping with that theme a good set of Then/Now or All Star elites would be:
Dingo Warrior / London Balor
Ric Flair / Bobby Roode
Barber Shop HBK / Ziggler
Macho Man (pink or red trunks) / AJ Styles
