While I can agree creative needs a shot in the arm, I don't think having Kalisto checking out Braun at the urinal is going to spark a revolution. I don't think making Bayley a sexual predator is going to sell tickets. And I certainly don't think a dress wearing ball gagged Bray Wyatt is going to Main Event WM. So... nah... bro, I'm good. I believe Jerry Springer is still on TV, give them a call. In all fairness Russo would be best for Bray. I don't like the list of releases he put out, but he has been very vocal about how he would do everything to protect Brays character. Having him out there every week and at PPV losing isnt doing anyone favors. Bray TOOK THE UNDERTAKER AND KANES POWERS...then lost to them. And to Cena...and to Orton...and to people on RAW... Why is he out there losing to Finn and Joe? They have done irreparable damage to him, but maybe Russo could make him more of a credible threat to something...anything.

Vince Russo, while successful, is overrated due to his flawed self-filtering. He was the product of having one of the best rosters of all time, and Vince McMahon making the final say.
You come up with a million ideas, maybe 6 of them work out....but without Vince McMahon to weed out the crap, Russo couldn't tell the good ones from the bad ones in WCW. Yeah, Russo had the ideas and the ideas were great...but you need to be able to tell good from bad. You have to know, and he couldn't figure it out. So in WCW, I'm sure GREAT ideas hit the cutting room floor, while obviously some real sh*t ended up airing on TV.

I would rather let some randos from WF work in WWE creative than Russo. Paddle on a pole match. Bliss vs Bayley...Loser gets bent over the winners knee and paddled 15 times

Match 3: Loser Poses for Playboy.

I'd rather have Russo over that pathetic POS Cornette.

I'd take it. At least bad would be better than bland and boring.

The problem is there is too much time for RAW. I cannot tell you the last time I watched RAW and didn't either fall asleep or just dvr through it.
I'm not saying SD Live is the best show WWE ever put out, but it is soooooo much easier to watch than Raw. You could tell the writers have a bit more freedom, and things don't feel so convoluted and thrown together just to fill time.

I'd take it. At least bad would be better than bland and boring. I honestly think this is where I'm at with it. The show has been so pedestrian for so long that I'm willing to see them try anything non formuliac to get me excited about WWE again. When Vince Russo was with WWE, every single guy on the roster had a purpose almost every single time they were on TV. Maybe he can recreate that magic, maybe he can't, but I would give anything to care about the card top to bottom in a time where I'm struggling just to care about my few favorite wrestlers.

Hope he gets hired he could have turned WCW around if backstage politicians like DDP and Jericho weren't around

Let's be honest WWE's creative is the worst it's ever been. So many talented guys get booked like crap and there hasn't been a strong storyline in years. Seriously could it be possible for Russo to make things worse? I think not so many guys would benefit from having him around IMO. 93-96 called. Says you must not have been paying attention.

He has been reaching out to the WWE begging for them to bring him back for years now. The guy has his own blog where he critiques Raw each week, tells how he would book the show and tries to explain how he should be writing Raw just because he was the writer back in 1999. In the Rise and Fall of WCW DVD, Goldberg had the best quote about Vince Russo: "Everything Vince Russo was associated with...smelled like $#!+."
