There custom backing cards he's had made to sell on his re-lunched store. He even confirmed himself a while back the orange cards where never made But prototypes were 100% made for the orage series

They ended up being pins that were exact versions (according to a Hasbro original designer) of how the figures would look.
Still waiting on the card backing for them, they're pretty cool but I wish they were 4.5" instead of 1.5"

Did anyone from here end up buying the pins set? I'm on the fence a bit here...

That's very cool. Nothing I would buy, but cool to see indeed.

They look cool but a pass for me. Also I'm surprised he can sell those considering he's using names that are copyrighted by WWE

If I saw these in a store at a decent price I'd buy some. Nothing I'd spend big on tho.

I thought this was going to be original cardbacks that or something from Hasbro. Bummer, no intrest in pins. Has anyone really confirmed this art is real and these 5 were really the lineup?

As one poster above said just say what it is what's with the big build up for a few pins wooopdy dooo I don't collect pins either but what's cool about these is that they're based off of actual drawings of the Orange card series that was never made. He bought the drawings from the head artist that drew all of the concept art that the Hasbro line was based off. That same guy helped him design the pins and box art. Again, I'm not going to buy these, but the story surrounding them is pretty neat.

He posted original drawings of the orange card heads as well (Diesel, Jarrett, Mable and Booger). Cool to see even if we have already seen the protos.
