If you were to ask somebody what their dream match is they may say Stone Cold v. Hulk Hogan, Andre v. Big Show, Bret Hart v. Kurt Angle, or the one this sim will be focusing on, The Rock vs Shawn Micheals. I choose 2002-2003 because I feel that it was the most perfect time for these two to compete, 1998 would've been to soon for it as The Rock wasn't as big back then, 1999-2001 Shawn was still retired and wasn't in a competing state. So lets get this show on the road!

He dives off the top and lands on a prone HBK, covering him for a two count. Guerrero is shocked and stunned that Michaels could kick out of that and decides to move into the corner. "Wait, don't tell me Guerrero's gonna..You're kidding me!" yells JR while King conforms what he's seeing as Guerrero sets up Michaels for his own Sweet Chin Music. JR is upset over this while King is loving it. Guerrero has Michaels up and is about to connect but Michaels moves out of the way and delivers a Superkick to Guerrero and is about to cover him but looks to the crowd as he similes and points to the ring post. "No! He can't do that!" "Why not King? Guerrero did, so HBK can do it to." JR and King argue over if Shawn can do it or not but Shawn goes ahead and goes through the motions. Taker grabs Hogan by the throat and tries to ram him into the ringpost but Hogan grabs Taker and throws him into the post instead as the crowd cheers. Hogan throws Taker into the ring and the ref rings the bell as Hogan tears his shirt off and enters the ring. Hogan covers Taker for two before Taker kicks out and grabs Hogan by the throat. Taker gets up and chokeslams Hogan and covers him for only two. Taker picks Hogan up and irishwipes him into the corner and clotheslines him. Hogan goes down and Taker delivers a leg drop onto Hogan and covers him only for two and Hogan starts to Hulk Up.
Hogan does the three punches, the Big Boot, and when attempting the leg drop Taker gets up and chokeslams him again. Monday Night Raw June 17, 2002 Oakland Arena in Oakland, California Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry The King Lawler
Before Jim can even speak, The American Badass makes his way to the ring with a microphone and a sour attitude.
Taker: Last week on Smackdown, I was in a match to defend my right as #1 contender to Stone Cold's WWE Undisputed Championship against Hollywood Hulk Hogan. Taker shakes his head while the crowd chants for Hogan and Austin Taker: So where in the hell does The Rock think he can get involved in my match?! Crowd cheers for Rock and starts chanting Rocky Taker: He costed me the #1 contender ship for my title! He cost me my right after losing to Steve Austin on Raw a few weeks ago! And speaking of that Raw, where in the hell does Triple H think he can cost me my title! Congratulations boys, cause now you got yourselves targeted by The American Badass and I will not stop until- Triple H's theme comes on
HHH: Oh will you please shut the hell up already! Listen "American Badass" the only man would deserves to face Stone Cold for his Undisputed Championship is me! Cause unlike you I don't bitch and moan whenever I lose a match! I take it like a man and make them regret that they even got in the ring with me! Taker: We all know why you would even get an opportunity to face Austin, just because you married the boss's daughter doesn't mean you can get a shot at Austin! HHH: (Now at the ring) How about you just shut the hell up and leave this ring before I drag your prone corpse from it! The crowd cheers until Vince makes his way out to the ring King: Oh thank god it's Mr. McMahon! JR: Well let's see what he has to say.
Vince: So you both want a shot at Austin's WWE Undisputed Championship. Well how about this since you both want a shot at Austin's title and Taker, you want revenge on The Rock for his attack on you last week? How about we settle this at King Of The Ring! Undertaker vs Triple H vs The Rock! The crowd cheers as Raw cuts to a commercial Jeff Hardy def. Raven Christopher Nowinski (w/ William Regal) def. Spike Dudley Rob Van Dam def. X-Pac D-Lo Brown & Trish Stratus def. Crash & Molly Holly The Undertaker def. Matt Hardy
Undertaker vs Triple H vs The Rock for the #1 Contender's spot in a Triple Threat Match...I think that that's a great idea
Where does that leave The Next Big Thing? Brock Lesnar Heyman's client? Because I remember back in 2002 Lesnar burst on to the scene and he was pushed to mega star status so here is hoping Lesnar wins the 2002 King of the Ring because in real life he did and here is hoping Lesnar gets his title shot at SummerSlam 2002
Also here is hoping we get a HHH heel turn and we get to see HHH/HBK feud because it was one of the best feuds that year
And here is hoping the first ever Brand Extension WWE Draft happens and we get separate rosters of RAW superstars and Smackdown superstars

Vince McMahon decides to put The Rock in a Triple Threat match against Triple H and The Undertaker. Well I only have one thing to say about that, Just Bring It bitch! Crowd cheers Rock: And Undertaker, to answer your question on why The Rock did what he did, why I attacked you in your match with Hollywood Hulk Hogan. Is because you were trying to injure my friend. You see Undertaker, you don't mess with my friends or me, cause I'll wipe your monkeyass till you'll go back to the graveyard and dig back up you grave. And then you flip that some bitch sideways and stick it straight up your candyass!! crowd cheers until The Undertaker appears on screen
Taker: Oh boo who, grow a spine. Man I didn't know you were a Hulkamanic! Rock: Yeah, so? I'm not embarrassed to admit that I like a legend. Someone who will go down in history as the greatest wrestler ever. And the only reason why you're trying to "kill" Hulkamania is because you know, that I know, that the people and Hogan know. That you will never ever, be as popular or as great as Hollywood Hulk Hogan! Crowd cheers until The Undertaker comes from under the ring and attacks The Rock.
Cole: What a low down and despicable move this is!! Tazz: Well The Rock was asking for it. Cole: How? By telling the truth? Tazz: Define your and The Rock's version of truth. Cole: I can't believe this! Someone get help! Real American comes on

Cole: Stone Cold! Stone Cold's here! Tazz: To kick Undertaker's ass! Cole: Undertaker has messed with the wrong legend! Hulkamania is still running wild Tazz and will forever!!
Cole: Stone Cold Stunner! Stone Cold Stunner! Austin has stunned The Undertaker!! Tazz: Oh man Cole, something is telling me Austin is going to regret this!
Cole: And Hogan lands the atomic leg drop! I think we all know what's coming next Tazz!
Tazz: Rock Bottom! Rock Bottom! Oh man Cole, they'll regret this! (After a commercial break)
Cole: Kurt Angle? Oh man, I can't believe this! Angle brings a ref into the ring and starts a match Kurt Angle def. The Undertaker via submission

Monday Night Raw June 24, 2002 Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler
JR: Welcome everyone to Monday Night Raw! I'm JR Jim Ross and with me is my co-host Jerry The King Lawler! And we are live in Cleveland Ohio!! King: Oh boy JR, I can't wait for what Triple H has to say! JR: That's right folks, Triple H will be here on Raw with a very important announcement and Raw GM Eric Bischoff will be there to! King: Man JR, I can't wait!! JR: Well you're gonna have to King, cause we got matches to commentate!
Christopher Nowinski & William Regal def. Bradshaw & Spike Dudley Eddie Guerrero def. Bubba Ray Dudley Tommy Dreamer def. Raven in a Loser Leaves RAW Match The Undertaker def. Jeff Hardy Triple H's announcement: "I'm back! And I'm better than ever" blasts out in the arena as Raw GM Eric Bischoff walks out to a handful of boos and jeers. Eric: Well, well, well, well! What a month it has been! First Shawn Michaels returns to the WWE after a 4 year absence, Stone Cold Steve Austin is the WWE Undisputed Champion again, Mr. McMahon kicked Ric Flair's old ass out of power in the WWE, and at King Of The Ring we'll see The Rock, Triple H, and The Undertaker face each other in a number one contender's match for Steve Austin's WWE Championship! And it's about to get better, come on down Triple H!!
Triple H makes his way out to a corous of boos. HHH: Alright, so I bet you all are wondering what my announcement is. No I'm not retiring, this is bigger than a retirement announcement. No this right here will shake up the WWE like no other!! Ladies and Gentlemen, the band is back together!! Crowd cheers as the DX titantron and theme come on, and HBK makes his way out.
JR: Can you believe this?! DX is back!! The band is back together, my god!! King: Oh boy what a month this has been!! Micheals: Well look what I have on! (Points at his old school DX shirt) Man, I missed those days, say..Hunter do you? Triple H takes out his jacket and rips off his shirt to reveal a DX shirt as the crowd cheers Micheals: Woah there brother!! Ready to do the honors? HHH: Are you ready? (Crowd cheers) I said, are you ready?!! (Crowd explodes with cheers)
HHH: Then, for the thousands in attendance, and for the millions watching at home..Leeeeeet's get ready to suck it! Suddenly HHH turns to HBK and kicks him in the gut and delivers a pedigree to his former best friend.
JR: What the hell?! What the hell?! Triple H just pedigreed Shawn Micheals!! Why Triple H, why?! You son of a bitch!!Linda Miles & Trish Stratus def. Jackie Gayda & Molly Holly The nWo (The Big Show & X-Pac) def. Booker T & Goldust Rob Van Dam def. Brock Lesnar (w/ Paul Heyman) via DQ to retain his WWE Intercontinental Championship
- Triple H I wonder if he will explain why he turned on his best friend Shawn Michaels? But then again what about The Beast The Next Big Thing Brock Lesnar I would have thought that his mega-push would have began by now because in real life he won the 2002 King of the Ring among other things and Lesnar at this time was feuding with main event level talent so it begs the question of why Lesnar hasn't risen up the ladder by now because Lesnar at this time was a beast before he ever became the beast we know now
- But also Rock more or less was on his way out to Hollywood anyway
- Not to mention there was a Brand Extension Split by now

How could someone backstab their best friend who only just 7 weeks ago returned to the WWE after a 4 year absence, how? Cole: I don't know how Tazz but I'm disgusted.

Monday Night Raw July 1, 2002 Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler
Just like Smackdown, Triple H betraying Michaels is shown and JR con dims Hunter for it.
Brock Lesnar (w/ Paul Heyman) def. Ric Flair Christopher Nowinski def. Bradshaw Rob Van Dam def. William Regal Bubba Ray Dudley & Spike Dudley def. Chris Benoit & Eddie Guerrero Triple H on why he betrayed Shawn Michaels:
HHH enters in the ring with a microphone and stares at the crowd while they boo him.
HHH: Why Triple H why? Those are the words I've been hearing ever since last week. Well I guess it's time for Triple H to reveal why he betrayed Shawn Michaels. After all this time after everything I done, after everything I've been through for you! You couldn't do this one thing for me. It was my idea Shawn, my idea for you to be my manager. That's right my idea. I knew that with you by my side that I would be unstoppable. But Shawn you couldn't do it could you? You couldn't lower yourself to being my manager, you could never relinquish the spotlight whenever it was time for someone else's time to shine. Well it's time to face facts Shawn, the game's passed you by. The fact is Shawn that now I'm the showstopper! Now I'm the icon!! And you Shawn, your career in this ring is over!!! Shawn your back is busted up and from what I've seen, your mind is more handicapped than your body. I mean come on Shawn! Do you actually think you can stand in here and still hang with me?! Be my equal, come on Shawn!! Monday Night was a cold hard slap to the face for you Shawn, and reality is Shawn. Your career in here, your time is over. And deep inside you, you know it! Deep inside you you know it's the truth and all you have left is your pride! And all your pride can do is get you hurt.
Triple H is about to say something until Shawn runs down the aisle and superkicks him.
JR: SHAWN MICHAELS! SHAWN MICHAELS!! MICHAELS JUST SUPERKICKED THE HELL OUT OF HELMSLEY!!! King: Someone call security! He's gonna kill him!!
Shawn and Hunter brawl a bit until some wrestlers come out to stop them but fail. Eventually Eric Bischoff sends out the entire locker room to get them under control.
Bischoff: Alright enough!! You want each other that badly? You want to destroy each other? Well you're gonna wait until Vengeance in a No Holds Barred match!! JR: My god! Helmsley and Michaels in a No Holds Bared match can you believe it?! Booker T def. The Big Show by Count Out Stone Cold def. Jeff Hardy in a Ladder Match to retain the WWE Undisputed Championship
I can see Triple H aligning himself with Ric Flair if anything after this with Flair somehow interfering on Triple H's behalf helping Triple H with Evolution being born; it is only a matter of time I can see it first just being Triple H aligning himself with Flair with Flair being his manager and then eventually they cross paths with Orton and then Batista with them joining Evolution
Now when the hell are we going to get this Brand Split

Thursday Night Smackdown July 4, 2002 Fleet Center in Boston, Massachusetts Hosts: Michael Cole and Tazz
The show opens with Vince McMahon walking out to the ring while the crowd boos him. McMahon: You know, the last few months have been chaotic for the WWE. HBK Shawn Michaels returned, (crowd cheers) Stone Cold Steve Austin is the current Undisputed Champion, and Triple H betrayed Shawn Michaels. Well I have an announcement that will further shake up the WWE even more! Crowd cheers as Vince smiles McMahon: The WWE will have a brand split! That's right, RAW and Smackdown will have their own rosters and they will have they're own brand specific ppvs! Crowd cheers as the Smackdown intro plays RAW's first draft pick
After a coin toss to decide who will draw first pick in the new draft. Eric: Well RAW goes first, no surprise. (Stephanie flips him off off camera) RAW's first pick is... the Undisputed Champion, Stone Cold Steve Austin!
Crowd cheers while Stephanie gets ready to announce her pick. Stephanie: well Eric, That's a nice pic but I think I have something better, Smackdown's first pick is Brock Lesnar!!
The crowd cheers as Cole and Tazz announce the match card before cutting to a commercial.Lance Storm (w / Christian & Test) def. Rikishi Batista and Reverend D-Von def. Randy Orton & The Big Valbowski The Draft:
After the match, Eric and Stephanie appear back on the stage as Eric announces RAW's next pick. Eric: RAW's next pick is the Intercontinental Champion Rob..Van..Dam!!
Stephanie: Nice choice Eric but unfortunately that's minuscule compared to Smackdown's next pick. The Undertaker!!
Cut to The Undertaker in the locker room flipping out as he hears the news. Taker: Are you kidding me?! Damn it! Again? Where in the hell is Vince? We cut back to the Smackdown stage with Eric smiling at Stephanie while she runs off to try to calm Taker and protect her dad. Edge & Hulk Hogan def. Billy & Chuck (w / Rico) to become the new WWE World Tag Team Champions Taker and Vince:
Taker: Why in the hell am I going to Smackdown? Did you not tell me that I would face Triple H and The Rock at King Of The Ring? Vince: Yes and don't you worry, you're match with Rock and Hunter is still on and if you win then you'll still be the number one contender for Stone Cold's Undisputed Championship! Taker: Good. (Walks out and bumps into Stephanie) Your ass is lucky I didn't destroy your dad princess. Chris Jericho def. John Cena Stacy Keibler def. Torrie Wilson in a Bra And Panties Match The Draft:
Eric: RAW's next pick won't upset anyone in the WWE locker room. RAW's Next Pick is the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels!!
The crowd cheers Stephanie: Smackdown's next pick is Eddie Guerrero!!
Eric: Nice choice Steph, but this next one will blow any of you're picks away. RAW picks Hollywood Hulk Hogan and his new tag team champion partner, Edge!!
Crowd goes nuts and starts chanting Hogan
Stephanie: ..........Well that's impressive, hopefully you weren't going to choose this next superstar. Because the Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle is now a Smackdown Superstar!
Eric: Well I do love Kurt, but this next one is better and will hurt. RAW's next pick is The Game Triple H!! (Stephanie does a spit take)
Stephanie: Damn it Eric!.........Fine! You know what?! Smackdown's next pick is..Is..The nWo!!
Smackdown cuts to a commercial as Eric facepalms himself while Stephanie smiles The Undertaker vs. Kurt Angleended in a draw The Draft: note the following draft picks were announced on WWE.com
RAW: Booker T, The Rock, William Regal, Chris Benoit, Goldust, Lita, The Hardy Boyz, Ric Flair, Billy Kidman, Trish Stratus, Randy Orton, Batista, Al Snow, Molly Holly Smackdown: Tommy Dreamer, APA, Spike Dudley, Christian, Tajiri, Albert, Hardcore Holly,The Big Valbowski, Test, Rikishi, Raven, D-Lo Brown
Well Smackdown is without a championship but I don't see that being for all that much longer because I can see The Undertaker winning the title and taking the title with him to Smackdown with RAW then getting its own title that being the World Heavyweight Championship because if there is truly going to be a Brand Split there is going to have to be 2 titles instead of 1 but with Lesnar I can see him winning the title it is only a matter of time for Brock because in 2002 Brock practically was main event

Taker finally manages to get the upperhand and throws Triple H back into the ring. Taker delivers a last ride and pins Triple H but the ref won't count because of the Rock's absence. Taker beats the crap out of the ref and throws him out of the ring. The crowd boos and JR is still wondering where's the Rock until... IF YA SMELLA. WHAT THE ROCK. IS COOKING.
The Rock runs straight down to the ring and starts delivering punches to the Undertaker while the bell rings officially starting the match. Taker and Rock go back and forth for a while until The Rock delivers a spine buster to the Undertaker. The Rock prepares to set up the people's elbow until he's kicked in the gut and pedigreed by Triple H!
Triple H goes for the pin but there still isn't a ref and Taker breaks the pin and attacks HHH. Taker chokeslams HHH down to the mat and turns around into a rock bottom and a pin. A ref quickly runs down to the ring but is ambushed by Triple H and is knocked out. The Rock kicks out and Taker is clotheslined by HHH. The Rock and Triple H brawl for a while and Taker joins into until he chokeslams Triple H into a announce table and chokeslams The Rock onto the concrete and throws him back into the ring. Finally a ref arrives and Taker sets The Rock up for a last ride but The Rock escapes and delivers a Rock bottom onto Taker for the three count. Winner: The Rock and NEW no.1 contender for Stone Cold's WWE Undisputed Championship

King Of The Ring Final: Brock Lesnar (w/ Paul Heyman) v. Shawn Michaels

HBK is next but as soon as he enters the ring Brock delivers an F-5 to him!! Brock looks down at Shawn and starts laughing, the referee rings the bell as Lesnar picks HBK off the floor and delivers three repeated powerbombs on him. Heyman tells Lesnar to F-5 him again and Lesnar proceeds to but as he throws HBK, Shawn lands on his feet and delivers a Superkick to Lesnar and nearly gets a three count!! JR: How in the hell did Lesnar kick out of that superkick?! King: How the hell did Shawn Michaels manage to land on his feet and superkick him in the first place?! Lesnar and Michaels are laying on the mat while the ref counts them out, Lesnar is the one who gets up first and proceeds to beat the crap out of Michaels until he's busted open!
The ref tries to check on Shawn but Brock pushes him out of his way and continues to beat the crap out of him again until he Irish wipes HBK into the ropes where Shawn delivers a flying lariat to a excited crowd. HBK sets up for sweet chin music but Lesnar reverses it into a F-5 and proceeds to pin him. 1!..2!.. As the ref is about to count 3 Michaels kicks out and kips back up to a ginormous pop.
Michaels delivers another flying lariat and delivers Sweet Chin Music for the three.
