Knew you would get this. Did you get the first one (red/yellow) also? If so how is the skin holding up? I am never a fan of the skeleton frame covered by rubber skin. Any I have had (Jakks WWE and Mattel's TDK figure) both had the skin start cracking over time. Plus they were dust magnets. Looks good, but I just wish it was hard plastic parts instead of the rubber skin. Apparently they had an issue with the mike Tyson fig where the skin was cracking but they said that issue has been fixed going forward. Only time will tell. I had the red/yellow on preorder and they kept pushing it back until I got fed up and cancelled it. Not a big fan of the 12 inch scale but I got Hollywood as a bday gift.

Thanks! Glad I didn't try too hard! I gotta hope this is not the only Hogan figure Storm makes! I would love to see a Hulk Still Rules version from the Undisputed Champion run! If they do that Hogan, they won't be able to do the belt (that's a WWE license). But that's okay if you already have it. I won't buy anymore Storm wrestling figs unless they fix the floating crotch piece. Nearly ruins an otherwise perfect figure. To me it drops it from A+ to B- (along with the rolling up shirt and difficult weight belt). It's a nice holdover until we get Mattel's version one day. But I don't exactly consider Hollywood Hogan *checked* off my list. EDIT: I think one reason this fig is getting so much praise is because we knew a Hollywood Hogan was eminent and then it got taken away. So Storm comes along and gives us what we've clamored for. I think that fact alone is why so many rate this figure so high. I think if we look at it out of the context of Hulk's situation, then it's easier to give it a fairer rating. I think a "B" is fair considering the problems the figure comes with. It does have an A+ face sculpt/scan and paint job. The boot logo should say "nWo" instead of "Hogan" but that's alright. It's a solid figure, but not "figure of the year." IMOGonna disagree on a few points. Not specifically targeting the quoted post, but more so using it as a counter-point opportunity. I'm not a Hogan fan by any stretch. I was content to skip this figure altogether, thinking it'd be priced similarly to Storm's Mortal Kombat line ($55 MSRP or thereabouts). The lower price sold me on the figure, along with the noticeably great quality of my then-recent purchase of Storm's 1/12 Scorpion figure. So, as far as the context of Hogan's situation goes (whereby I, again, don't have much sympathy for him), along with the idea that, initially, neither this nor Mattel's Hollywood were ever figures that I would have clamored for with excitement and anticipation. All that said, I love the figure. The floating crotch piece isn't great, the belt is difficult to re-apply (unless you pop the figure at the waist, re-fasten the belt, and pop the figure back together), and the boas aren't great IMO. But the quality of this figure alone makes him worth the purchase. Especially when compared to my recent Elite gets, which I've shown on my YouTube channel to have swapped lower legs, paint splotches, stuck joints, mismatched skin tones, etc. I do agree with whoever said that hopefully this makes Mattel re-evaluate their QC. I realize that there will always be the loyalists, where nothing but Mattel will suffice. But as far as people who are open to different figures of various styles, I would LOVE to see Storm do more. The rights seem to be that only wrestlers who own their own trademarks can be made, which obviously means no WWE-owned belts, logos, etc. But that makes me wonder - could they do Warrior?

I just got my 1/6 Hollywood today too! Best surprise ever, literally had zero idea it had shipped and then it shows up today after work! I have the red & yellow figure too and it's held up perfectly since I got him for Christmas. I keep all my 1/6 Hot Toys/Sideshow/Enterbay/Storm figures in those glass detolf shelves which keep dust to a minimum. They're also in a cool, dry finished basement and luckily I've had no issues. As far as the rubber bodies, you're right...they had some issues early on with Tyson. This is actually the reason why the kept delaying the Hogan because they went back to the drawing board and developed new material that wouldn't crack/deteriorate.

Nice to see both Hollywoods side by side. Still like the smaller one much better, but it's cool to see both.

Anyone who doesn't like the RSC Hogan's shirt curling up, I've fixed the issue.

My Hollywood came a couple days ago.
I'm still in awe that I actually have a Hollywood Hogan in my collection.
It's a thing of beauty.

Mine arrived today. Aside from the feathers floating around my office and his arm coming out of the socket (was able to put it right back in), I am very happy. I may swap in an NWO shirt and a white weight belt for display.
