Is Sandow back? Today during the live up up down down Facebook feed, Miz was playing some dude on Madden, guys in the room were new day, miz Titus and Sandow. At the end of the feed woods plugged everyone's Twitter and Sandow said whatever his is using the Sandow name. They are on the road , and he used his wwe name ect. So anyone know if he is back. Did I miss news somewhere?

GOAT Sandow. That right there is why I became such a huge fan of him. That gimmick was great and it still bothers me to this day that he didn't win the world title when he won money in the bank.

I 100% agree. The gimmick had so much potential to be a great heel champ but for reasons I'll never understand WWE just buried him in the end.

WWE Championship vs Universal Championship Unification? Orton's the WWE Champion? Wait... CENA'S THE UNIVERSAL CHAMPION? THINK OF THE RATINGS!!! Oh this can't get any better! ROMAN'S CASHING IN!!!

It's not even like Damien Sandow wasn't worth developing in 2013. Sure, management's decision to unify the two World Titles shortly after Sandow won MITB undercut his opportunities, and perhaps he wasn't established enough to carry the entire company as opposed to a single show. There is no reason why Sandow deserved the whole rug to be pulled out from under him.
He looked great in the Cash-in Match against Cena, and pretty good the couple weeks he was John's TV feud before Cena faced Alberto Del Rio at Survivor Series. Then Sandow just dropped off the face of the Earth. Damien Sandow could just as easily have teased his cash-in for a few weeks, continue to wear down Cena's arm, and cash-in at SS, either after the Cena-Del Rio match or before/during to make it a Triple Threat. That wouldn't have affected the big face-off between Cena and Orton in the slightest.
And why not carry Sandow's momentum afterward into a midcard championship? Allow Damien Sandow to demonstrate his vast knowledge about the state in which he'd be performing, or different countries around thcash-in. There's not many times I feel WWE unjustifiably drops the ball on a guy, but I definitely consider the Intellectual Savior to be one.

The Intellectual Savior is a money gimmick. Jobber or champion, that character is classic heel that is always hated. Dropping that gimmick was a terrible move and so was his MITB cash in failing. Having a real heel in the modern WWE is almost impossible. The Miz is perfect, but he is alone as a classic heel, though Elias Samson seems to have potential.

I became a fan of sandow with his intellectual savior gimmick which turned into a great tag team with Rhodes Scholars but for whatever reason wwe never pulled the trigger on making them champs or pushing sandow seriously after the tag team run.
Wwe wants uhmm NEEDS new stars and they continue to cut the legs off the guys rising organically (i.e. punk & Bryan) yet push orton, Batista, cena and roman down our throats
