It's not exclusive. It's been listed as a pre-order for at least a few weeks as a UK exclusive. However what is slightly strange is that the figure is not actually named. The product page lists it as "UK CHAMPION WWE ELITE COLLECTION". So it could be either champion, but most likely the first one. It's due 15th November. As much as I don't care at all about this figure, I still just have to laugh. At least now you Americans finally know how it feels, having all those exclusives. Although to be fair, I'm not sure there are many Americans who will care about this figure either. Why do you care so much about having Americans "know how it feels?" Do you think we tell Mattel to make certain items exclusive, so you can't have them? We couldn't care less about things like that. Furthermore...there are certain items that are logistically easier for Mattel to make Exclusive in the U.S. Plus...we're talking about an American toy company and an American wrestling company, and the U.S. is the biggest market for the WWE. Of course access to WWE products will be easier to obtain in the U.S.

Easier access is one thing, but confining all access to America is a different matter entirely. No need to take it as a personal attack either, I think you completely missed the point. Either way, the sheer amount of American retailer exclusives you guys have had is a source of annoyance for overseas buyers, and you've never had to experience being on the other side. Having American buyers finally experience that for once is a nice change. Perhaps the question you need to be asking yourself is: why do you care so much that I care? I'll leave you to ponder on that, as I'm done with this discussion.

Bill always tries to swerve everyone though. Remember when the Elite 50 lineup leaked and he's like Rhyno is cancelled, this lineup is old, massive changes have been made, not even close.... Ended up being exactly what it was supposed to be. That's not true. Rhyno was listed as a Flashback initially and Rollins had yet to be replaced by Shane McMahon. Some even thought Isaac Yankem was scheduled for Elite 50, but as it turns out he's a SDCC/TRU exclusive after all. Whoa; am I missing something about Yankem?

Sales are higher and n the US, thus we get more

I'm actually really excited for a Tyler Bate figure. Hopefully I'll be able to find it online somewhere when it comes out.

Again...why is it nice that American buyers should finally experience it for once? I wish that everyone was able to get whatever they wanted, but in the end...it's our stuff. It only makes sense Americans get WWE Mattel products the easiest. I used to collect NJPW figures. I didn't whine & cry that those in Japan had an easier time getting the figures. Instead of moaning about not getting a few exclusives here and there, and then expressing joy when others can't get something easily, or at all...feel fortunate that American companies such as WWE & Mattel are bringing products you desire to your country.

After reading some of these comments, I can see why people like @heroesandmartyrs are getting out of the game.
