Just heard the news. So saddened by this. Big fan of his movies since I was little. :-(

R.I.P. to a horror legend. The original NOTLD will always be a classic.

Very sad. I always saw him at the horror cons on the East Coast. He always had a long line of people & looked like he was having a fun time. And I think he & Stan Lee are the only two guys to make big glasses look good. Rest peacefully, Mr. Romero. Just don't come back.

I can see George A. Romero and Wes Craven collaborating with each other now.
Give me a classic horror fielm over anything that is released today. George Romero will always be a legend in the horror genre.
Side note, Martin Landau also passed away today.

RIP. A true pioneer. I met Mr Romero a few years ago and got my creepshow DVD signed.
