What does everyone think were the biggest omissions?
Still bothers me most I think that we never got a proper Hart Foundation. I know they were planned for S2 tag teams. Wish they would have still put them out even though they had split by then.
Seems like a strange decision to have done Bushwackers, Rockers and even the planned R&B in the first series of tag teams and leave out the Hart Foundation! Or what about in Series 1? Demolition was pretty much alone without another tag team to face. But, I suppose the Twin Towers were still together at the time the series was in planning.
Otherwise would have loved an evil Jake aswell and Piper in ring gear.

Hart foundation would have been awesome. Not sure if Tugboat counts but that was a big one for me. Hakushi came too late but god I wish he had a Hasbro. Was also thinking a heel "Sgt. Slaughter" would have been kinda cool...

Barbarian. He was perfect for a hasbro figure. Regular Tito seemed a strange omission at the time too.

Yeah, Tito, Tugboat and Heel Slots would have been great too!
And then biggest ones not made but because of the line ending, were King of Harts Owen, Diesel and Made in the USA Lex.

Yeah, I think of the missed Orange card stuff and New Generation at that time as far as missed figures go, cause I was so bummed when Hasbros went away. Diesel, USA Lex, Owen, Jarrett, even Mabel.

Yeah they were all mentioned pretty quick.
Imagine if they'd made a Barber Shop Playset with breaking glass and leather jacket Michaels!

Beverly Brothers haven't been mentioned yet. Didn't we see a reference photo for them a little while ago? Pretty much all the omissions listed are heels.

I use to use a set of Jakks belts for my Hasbros that came in some sort of box set that had all the champions at the time. They were still the classic style belt designs and seemed to fit the Hasbros just fine.

Definitely would have liked a Haku & Barbarian set (either singles or tag), maybe an updated heel Jake, a better full suited Randy Savage than the one we got, and maybe an Elizabeth to go with that. Maybe some sort of managers/announcers set with Heenan, Jimmy Hart, Liz, Fuji, rounded out with Okerlund and a ref or something.
Do you guys think a "classics" line would have worked back then? Maybe something like a Backlund, Muraco, Tito, Bruno, and the Samoans? I don't know if the market was there back then, but it would have been pretty interesting to see a 1992 take on some classic stars. Seeing as I was 9-12 when the line was out, it's hard to say if kids my age back then would have cared about that stuff.

Most people I knew who were into wrestling back then were hardly aware of anything before the late '80s (if that).
