As a kid i didn't have much money and getting Hasbro figs wasnt always easy. That said most legends would have been a very easy pass. Backlund coming back at wm9 would have made him an easier purchase than bruno for me.
To answer the question: Heel owen Hart foundation jim Haku Powers of pain warlord and barbarian Greg Valentine r&b

There are a lot of post that I agree with. My list includes:
Hercules Haku Powers of Pain Dino Bravo Barbarian (Heenan Family) Virgil (Bodyguard) R & B Greg Valantine Tugboat Power & Glory Hart Foundation Col. Mustafa & Sgt Slaughter (double pack) Beverly Brothers Steel Cage Tag Team Belts I.C. Belt
Apart from the Cage and Belts I have created customs of most of the above.

With the first two series' Hasbro was going for the bigger and more popular names, it seems, so guys like Haku, Barbarian, Bravo just didn't get a chance. And by 1993, when Hasbro was adding the characters and lower/mid card guys, those guys were gone. Beverly Brothers would be a good replacement for the Bushwhacker repaints but by 1994 I guess Hasbro was giving up. I also think kids would probably buy a second Dibiase or Macho over Haku or Bravo, in 1991-1992. Also, are people who buy Classics today more in their 30s or are they kids, too? My guess it the Classic lines do well because it's the older fans (who were kids in the Hogan era) who are buying the Classics/Legends. I don't really see 8-12 year olds having parents buy them, but I could be wrong.

A cage for the Hasbro ring would have been awesome. Luckily, I was able to find one of the WCW Galoob rings with the cage at a TRU while on vacation in NC with my folks in like early-92 clearance priced at like 6 bucks with a damaged box. Took care of that issue when needed :-)
Yeah, as far as the legends idea goes, now that I really think about it - definitely feels like it would have been primarily for die-hards/collectors and back then, I'm not so sure it would have been that big of a hit. I feel like those probably would have rotted on shelves well into the late 90's like the blue card Razor and HBK's did around me.

Max Moon!
But seriously, a Blue Blazer or Red Rooster would have been cool.

Either way, figures of Haku, Barbarian, Bad News Brown, Tito, HF Anvil and Hercules all would've all but completed the series for me. Later on, it would've been Diesel all the way for me.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. The single that stands out for me would be Barbarian and the tag team, of course, would be The Hart Foundation.
At the time, we all wanted to see referees, managers, a steel cage, tag team belts and more accessories like steel chairs and Undertaker's casket...

For me it was The Orient Express. I loved their matches with The Rockers and it really sucked not having them in figure form as a kid.
Also why the hell did they only do tag team two packs? Who not actual matches. Like a Warrior vs Savage set, Hogan vs Slaughter and so on. I really think Hasbro missed the boat with two packs and accessories as well.

Hakushi would have been great, possibly scraped into in the Green card series or Orange based on his arrival time in the WWF.

Are we all positive that there wasn't a cage put out for the Hasbro ring? Not a UK exclusive or anything like that? Or, am I suffering from the Mandela Effect on this?

It was probably just more cost effective to do single figures. They even gave up on the tag team sets after 2 runs. They didn't have eighty different lines of figures back then. LJN was pretty simple in their lineups too from what I know of.

Diesel was a big omission but he didn't start wrestling until August of 93 was still in his bodyguard role. Sure he had a killer 94 But wasn't 94 the final year for Hasbro? Does anyone know when the Green card line up deadlines would have been? I think managers would have been awesome in the Hasbro form. Bobby The Brian being the one I would want most.

Personally for me it was the Beverly Brothers. These would have looked fantastic as a Hasbro tag team, too. Also, it would have been cool having an extra 'heel' tag team set or two at the time.

Him and 'The Mouth of the South', Jimmy Hart. He would have been great in the Hasbro line as he was so colourful. He'd also come with the megaphone accessory! I always liked the the idea of Paul Bearer with the urn, as well.

As a fan of the LJN line, I'd have to say first and foremost would be managers. I know a few of them were peg warmers, but some were hot items. I'm sure Heenan, Hart, and probably a couple others would have sold a lot more than a few of the actual wrestler figures, too.

At this point I feel dumb even responding, but I'll just put what everyone else did. Managers, ref, chairs, powers of pain,Beverly brothers. Jimmy Hart with megaphone smash Heenan with cane smash Bearer urn raising action Sherri with that overhand Hasbro punch Luna jumper Fuji with cane smash Ref with hand slap (to lay down and slap the mat three times) Lord Alfred Hayes with "push a button and he says promotional consideration paid for by the following" action

There is so many to name to be honest. I would like to know the logic behind the choosing of who was and wasn't made!
