Bill, what about fans of 70s wrestling? I would love to see some old school figures whether in the mold of elites or the new retros, or what about a cheap exclusive old school line in the mold of galoobs or something? With the resurgence of old Hasbros lately and the positive response for the new retros, there could be a market for these old school figures. Id love to see the following:
Bob Backlund Stan Hansen Bruiser Brody Ivan Putski Ivan Koloff Grand Wizard Lou Albano Freddie Blassy The Executioners Johnny Rivera Johnny Rodz Superstar Billy Graham Pat Patterson Gorilla Monsoon Andre Haystacks Calhoun Jay Strongbow Billy Whitewolf
I really think it would be awesome to get these into an old school retro line of some sort.

I'd pay big bucks for Brody, Calhoun, Ivan, and Fritz Von Erich

It's gonna be a struggle getting these type of names from Mattel now I feel. It sucks Superstar Billy Graham deserves an action figure. He is an important character most often forgotten.

70's? 80's Flashback figure per elite line please! WWE Network has great supporting video plus engaging older fans and introducing younger fans to the past. Most of the older wrestlers have distinct uniforms to make them stand out for today's standards .... plus the history. A wwe line without Bob Backlund, Graham, race etc isn't complete.

I'd buy these from your list.
Bob Backlund Stan Hansen Bruiser Brody Ivan Putski Ivan Koloff Grand Wizard Freddie Blassy Superstar Billy Graham Haystacks Calhoun and I'd add Pedro Morales
I feel like the Andre we just got is already covers him from the 70s.

Only a few 70's wrestlers that I want to see:
WWWF Champion Superstar Billy Graham WWWF Champion Bob Backlund NWA Champion era Harley Race AWA Champion era Nick Bockwinkel WWWF Champion Pedro Morales Mr Wrestling 1 or 2
Unless it's Uncle Ivan Koloff with his nephew, Nikita, and traitor, Krusher Krushev; not interested. We do need another Bruno but I want to see an older version. The one who was the 80's grizzled vet. A younger Dusty Rhodes would be cool but more folks prefer the fat, funky like a monkey Dusty. Ric Flair covers the 70's and 80's. It wasn't until the late 90's did he change his hairstyle.

Lou Albano - Manager only Classy Freddie Blassie - Manager only Superstar Billy Graham - old & young Pat Patterson - 1st IC champ version and a Stooge version Gorilla Monsoon - in prime wrestler version, but would prefer commentator version Chief Jay Strongbow
Not familiar with the rest.

The Executioners (Studd and Kowalski) have been a top 5 want of mine since Jakks CS 1.
