I see what he means though, at least in the packaging. As for the figures themselves, some of the figures look great, while others could have used definite improvements. Austin should have had a vest, Kane should have more detailing and the Warrior mold just looks weird. But, then again Hasbro was really cheaping out for the last 2 years of the line. Mainly when it came to reusing old molds when new ones really should have been used. Like things like cowboy boots, singlet straps etc. that really should have been molded.

With this line taking off we could end up getting some sweet bootlegs like those old simba figures back in the day.

For 10$ I pass, maybe for 5$ id think about it. We run a merch booth that sets up at shows all around the midwest (missouri, arkansas, tennessee, illinois, indiana, etC) and we cant sell them for crap.

That's great news that they're selling well. Hope to see Big John Studd and Diesel in upcoming series plus a ring.

I would be tempted to get more if they make less current guys like Savage & re do warrior. I agree; He looks like a cheap hasbro knockoff. However others look decent.

This is no suprise to me. The market for Hasbros loose and MoC has exploded in the last 2 years.

If the line is doing so well, then give Ryder his retro. Make it an exclusive. I don't care. Just as long as he gets one.

It would be awesome if they sold series 3 and beyond to every retail toy store. The Walmart exclusivity is rough in my area as they barely restock anything.

As much as I hate Walmart, is there enough demand for these to be everywhere? At least on a plus side walmart is open 24/7 so I can stop in early morning on my way home from work. I wouldn't want to worry about running around to multiple chains to find these.

I got The Rock and Steve Austin from series 2 yesterday! I like them but I have a few complaints;
Austin; Beard is too dark, should be more blonde than brown No eyebrows, not sure if this is just a fault on my figure as the proto pictures did have them No tattoo on calf under knee brace Facial likeness isn't that good
The Rock; Legs seem too short looks out of proportion to the upper body Austin body would have been the perfect choice for the peoples elbow

Curious, did they have any of the other 4 left, or was it just Rock and Austin?

Love these though I only have Taker so far. I passed on Warrior because I thought the head and mold ruined the figure, plus a poor attire choice. Not interested in modern guys, just good legends and more specifically ones that could/should have been in the original Hasbro line.
I think my perfect Series 3 wave would be: Diesel (with 94 style mullet) USA Luger Jerry Lawler (blue/white) Bret Hart (WM2 would be really cool, but maybe it should be pink/black) Jim Neidhart (WM2 would be really cool, but maybe it should be pink/black) Macho Man (in one of his cool 92/93 era attires, no moulded jacket and hat (removable ones would be gravy though))

Couldn't get any better then that Cat, other then guys not under contract like Owen and Double J, those would be at the top of my list.

More fuel to the fire. I just saw a very average looking King of the ring yellow Hasbro ring, sell for 310 quid. (400 dollars) thats about 30-40% more than normal!!
