Seeing as how they have the NOD two pack and now a D-Lo on the way, I wonder if they'll be making a NOD Mark Henry? That was included in the WWE.com poll. So its either that, Chocolate, or modern depending on what won. I hope it's the NOD. A Chocolate MH would be kind of moot with out a Mae Young to go with him. And I highly doubt we'll ever see a Mattel Mae Young.

Heck, I'd probably purchase WWECW too.

Does this mean that people that are in the United States will be able to order the elite Tyler Bate off ringside collectibles

Personally, I much rather have Pete Dunne elite than any of the other WWE UK people. Bate looks so bare bones that he be in a basic packaging even with the belt like that Amazon Mankind figure. Disappointed in no Koko. He was further along than Warlord and Bezerker. I bet in some warehouse in China, his complete figures sit in a freight. Waiting for the day they can get sent out.
I do find that board members tend to get more info from Bill in casual settings.

Bill talks so much about the budget, yet they are paying an artist to paint dioramas, instead of rather investing that money in the figures, accesories and details - stupid !

Honestly Smyth's or Sainsbury are probably right. I just remembered that it started with an S. I think I got to talk to him as much as I did because it was like 3:30 on Sunday afternoon. I always wait until the last couple hours of the show to run to the various toy booths (Mattel, Hasbro, NECA ect) to take personal photos of the figures because by then everything is out. The con's usually pretty decently thinned out by then. I'll confess...I didn't even know about the Koko figure. Now I'm sad to hear about it! I remembered one other thing! We were talking about Jakks figures and I told him I'd been slowly selling mine off because they don't hold up to the Mattel Elites. He said he himself actually has a Jakks collection and he keeps his because "there are simply some characters we'll never do". He mentioned Johnny Stamboli and Heidenrech specifically. I know there was a third he mentioned too but I for the life of me don't remember who it was.

I wish I got to talk to Bill and pick his brain. But with my luck I would forget every question I wanna ask him and ask something stupid like,"Do you think we'll ever get another John Cena?" lol

Also, regarding him not knowing the aftermarket values for figures, he could simply have meant for every figure. We were specifically talking about Elite Xavier Woods who I'd missed and at the time I wanted him went for $50-$60 on eBay (I...may or may not have visited like twelve Walgreens when I realized they stocked that wave to find him). Anyhow, he was surprised that Woods was commanding that high a price already.

Oh good sir, in the world of business there is an "art budget", "a deco budget", a "tooling budget", etc. And one shall never be shorted to pay for the other ;P

If they weren't paying him they would be employing an in house designer to do the same. Just as an in house designer is now on a wage, creating crap dioramas that no one wants. Do you propose the figures all come in a plain white box?

Unfortunate almost every answer mentioned budget/costs. They should move towards making characters that would hit that point to be exclusives. I would imagine that would give some breathing room. Cool you got to speak to him and some good questions no doubt. Not even sure what I would ask!

I hate extra hand accessories. So much stuff you can easily lose.
Either have goofy hand molds on the figure already or just keep doing what you've been doing.
I pose all my figures so goofy Nakamura hands would actually look awesome. Finger guns on non-Demon Finn Balor would also be cool.

Nice to hear Paul Ellering is a possibility. He would look great with the LOD figs that have already been made. He's always been a want for me.
