Maybe he's in Canada, where he never would lol. Driving down to Michigan or Wisconsin would still be cheaper, lol With the state our dollar is in, I'm not even sure if that's the case lol.

I didn't want to make a new thread but did anyone see the new then now 4ever Triple H basic? It comes with a dull big gold belt. The same one as mean gene baf. There is 1 on the bay now. The seller has the other 4 as well. Not sure if 6 people are in the wave or not.

My local Walmart has 20 of Earthquake & Typhoon, so I have a feeling I'll have to find these on a road trip.

For the people finding these at their store: did they discount or get rid of the old ones first?

Who are the comparisons on the back of the box for these four, out of curiosity? There are no comparisons for this wave. Credit: eBay seller broberts724

I went to Walmart tonight. The whole toy section was suffering a hell of a drought. But I scavenged in the giant palkets filled with unopened boxes they leave in the middle of the aisles now. BAM! A box that said WWE Then, Now, Forever. I grab my keys, slice that crap open, pull open the cardboard flaps and...
Fresh box if TNF Elites Series 2. F**K!!!

case breakdown is 1 of each, theres only 4 in a case. WTF? TNF 2 had 2x of each. Mattel only does boxes in 8 elites figs or 12 basic figs.

The first TNF series did have 2 of each. It IS a shame they started doing that, especially since at first it made Macho Man harder to find. Then again, this strategy seems supported when one notices all of the abundant amounts of Earthquake & Typhoon figures that are still sitting—at one per case, mind you—and not moving any time soon at a lot of Walmart stores, especially when I have seen so many boxes with the tag team title belts stolen!

Found all but Liz at a Walmart in Northern Colorado this morning. I got Jordan and Gable. Still not sure about Rollins, so I left him.
It's funny, but this is the same Walmart where I first found TNF series 2 and the TNF three-packs. Looks like this is my got-to Walmart for TNF's.

There is a variant of Miss Elizabeth. She is packaged either facing the left or facing the right. Both are in sold listings on the bay.

Grabbed the ones I wanted tonight. Found at a Northern California Walmart here too.
Painted "Elite" belts... such a shame.
Seems like I found these guys pretty early on. Haven't seen much for them on ebay, or even here yet for that matter.
Oh yeah, grabbed the full case of the new die cast Volition too.
Is Gables torso as small as it looks? Jordan looks like he has the Ryback torso

I literally just opened a box last night that had 8 figures. That is strange! Perhaps there is a new, revision case for the TNF Series 2 Elite set? If so, this would seemingly be a weird decision after all of this time that has passed by since those figures originally hit retail shelves. After all, plenty of peeps are essentially expecting TNF 3 any day now at their respective locales, and are already on the hunt for them. This apparently includes yourself, as well. Quite frankly, I feel that is an awful choice to suddenly release Series 2 in cases of eight, unless it assists some well-deserving ladies & gents still in need. Surely, something that factors into my belief is the arguably better and certainly more color coordinated E 51 Sami Zayn release to not only rival the TNF 2 "Zayniacs", but also that collectors are probably privy to, generally speaking. Then, one must take into account that Earthquake & Typhoon tend to warm shelves. The latter issue has been compounded by way too much theft of tag team title belts, which is downright disgusting. Natural Disasters are served no due justice by typically lasting longer in stores than Savage & Sami, since they are tremendous & contain decent deco, similar to scenarios involving the likes of JYD, Tito, et al. Such a shame for Uncle Fred, too, as of course his representation is a FTITL figure of Typhoon! Granted, all of this is merely based upon what I have seen in several states, plus noticing posts from folks referencing precisely the same scenarios elsewhere. Anyhow, just for clarification, I did not intend to come off as either disputing what you found or denying/doubting you. I was simply attempting to point out that at least the first few runs or so of said series came in cases of four, at one character per box. In fact, I remember being taken aback by the news when fellow figure hunters and collectors alike began to report the factual information, before eventually stumbling upon multitudes of fresh cases for my own eyes to bear witness! For whatever reason, Mattel obviously initially changed their usual formula for shipping Elite assortments of eight pieces, albeit clearly I was never sure why they did so when sending out TNF 2 sets. Nor was I pleased about it, by the way, specifically regarding Macho Madness '99 being a tough find for a slight bit of time that brought about both anxiously awaited and shamefully impatient anticipation!

I found Liz & Rollins today in Minnesota. It's pretty rare to find anything new this early in the mid-west
