"Yes, Ric is checked into a hospital for some routine monitoring. No, there is no reason to panic. Yes, we’d like to thank his fiancé & the incredible hospital staff who are providing the best care. No, we cannot answer any personal questions. Yes, Ric would want you to go out and have a great weekend … Nature Boy style!” www.google.com/amp/uproxx.com/prowrestling/ric-flair-hospitalized/amp/

Me too. I'm stunned. Today's been crazy. What's been going down in my neck of the woods in Virginia, Bryce getting himself injured and now Ric Flair hospitalized.

Probably just an attempt to get some nurses to take a trip to Space Mountain.

I realize this report says "routine monitoring" but lets be realistic: Ric has lived a lifestyle where, at his age, a hospital visit shouldn't just be waved off as "nothing to worry about." Hopefully this really is just a minor deal.

Hopefully the nature boy is alright, I'm still surprised that him and Scott hall are alive. Whenever, I open one of these threads I get a sense of panic.

Man I read a different headline earlier. Could you imagine if we actually lost the nature boy? I really hope he has a good while left but honestly whens the last time we lost a name of that caliber in the wrestling world? Dusty was a pretty huge loss but even he wasnt at the same household name capacity as Flair.

There's no way it's "Routine monitoring" if that was the case, we would have heard about his "Routine monitoring" years ago. I hope he's okay!

There's no way it's "Routine monitoring" if that was the case, we would have heard about his "Routine monitoring" years ago. I hope he's okay! That could refer to treatment he's getting for going. For instance if his blood pressure dropped and he got to feeling bad. He goes in, they check him out but want him to stay a day or so for monitoring.

There's no way it's "Routine monitoring" if that was the case, we would have heard about his "Routine monitoring" years ago. I hope he's okay! We keep people in the hospital a minimum of 24 hours if they complain about any type of angina or other symptoms of heart attack/failure and it is referred to as routine monitoring.
