First impressions, I liked it. I liked it a lot. It was funny, but not too childish. Took time to get used to the new voices, but I think they'll grown on me.
Let me know what you guys think...

I have to watch this and get back to you. I had no idea that it was brought back. I used to watch the old Ducktales in the morning every day while getting ready for work. I even bought v. 1, 2, & 3 (that's something like 80 episodes) from the used DVD store and break them out on a lazy Saturday afternoon when in need of some lighthearted entertainment.

Great DuckTales premiere. Stayed true to the original while standing on it's own. plenty of fun.

I must check this out, I never knew Disney were making a new show. I loved the original and I have the old movie somewhere, DuckTales and the tresure of the lost lamp, cool memories.
It sucks you gotta pay subsciptions to watch cartoons, it used to be when I was a kid I you could watch them on the normal channels you didnt need to pay for, these days kids wake up to a saturday morning of...cooking shows. Not all kids especially from poor families have subscription based channels like Disney etc.

Cable TV was one of the factors that helped destroy Saturday morning cartoons and weekday morning/afternoon blocks. Now nothing feels special and anticipated anymore. But it's something that is changed forever as the world has changed and sadly never coming back. We will be those old people telling kids our stories of how there was a time that all shows were completely free to watch on TV without any downloads or subscriptions lol....

These reboots are getting out of hand now. My coworker and I were discussing this DuckTales reboot a few times now and we both agree it looks terrible

I'm not too crazy abut the animation style but I liked it. I'll definitely watch the whole series.

It looks like this will also be like the modern style of kids animated shows with a story arc rather than the old self-contained staple of a lot of the old syndicated shows of the eighties/nineties.
